Her daiquiri looked very impressive. Always a good test of a bartender's true skill because it has to be very precise because it's such a simple cocktail.
I had to double-check which channel I was watching because I'm also subbed to BAR-TIMES and other Japanese bartending channels because I just love the artisanry unique to how they do it there. Case and point - I've never thought to cut a lime like she did in the Daiquiri so you don't have that quarter slice spraying all over the place. Any time you want to upload more bartending videos works for me - I enjoyed this one thoroughly! Had to laugh at "fluty" and "sylup" though - she's so charming, and most certainly a talented bartender. 😁
I love your channel and I like to imagine I'M the one travelling to Japan and experiencing these high end dishes. Although, I wish you recorded these amazing videos in 4K.
