I use a motorized frame from Amazon, and a dining table top from Ikea to assemble mine. The reason is that, most of these desk top surfaces are not durable as real wood. But they cost the same or even higher, like flexispot Jarvis Autonomous. So, build your own is the way to go
I never understand why people use a laptop stand. The text is too small for me to keep that far away and the space is better utilized by a second monitor. I just keep my laptop closed to the sided
i use a 65" tv (samsung q70r from 2020 i think), 15ms lag on 4k 60hz or 6ms lag on 1440p 120hz, and 4 windows (whatever they are, ide, firefox, matlab, github whatever, one on each corner) and i've found that to be more.. efficient than wide screen and/or secondary monitor
Hey Kylie, if you don't mind sharing, what do you think about that keyboard you have? Does it really make a big difference? How long did it take you to get used to it?
I honestly really like this keyboard. XBows didn’t even sponsor the video, they had just sent me one 2 years ago and I’ve been using it religiously every since. I would say, external keyboard vs laptop makes a huge difference if you have a monitor. Type of keyboard is probably not the biggest deal but if you have extra budget for a nice one, I can vouch for this one. It took me maybe a day or so to adjust?
This is definitely an ad. Im a gamer and regardless to the money . So here my opinion, the ergonomic chair and table look fine to me. The screen is too big unless ur bed is opposite. I would recommend an 65 or 75 % mechanicla keyboard and a wireless ergonomic gaming mouse like gpro, viper ultimate

Would you mind sharing some information(specs) on which MacBook you are using?
this is amazing!! great ergonomic tips
very clean
I'm feeling very _ergonomic_ now
love you from vietnam
Nice setup I think I need to also upgrade my keyboard that I found on the side of the street 🤣🤳
Your setup is Alien. But cool af tho. Might have to try it.
The LG monitor you have linked is 1080, is that what you're using? 32 inches is way too big for me at only standard HD resolution.
Yeah, it doesn’t bother me at all, but I would like to upgrade my monitor eventually to an HD ultra wide curved monitor
Can you do a video on studying and working habits
Regular breaks are very important no matter how "ergonomic" your setup is.
Apple Studio Display will make your eye feels much better!
