- This video shows you how to user software to change avi, mp4 video to bin format. After video is transferred to bin format, upload it in SD card and inset it in fan, then it works.

Hi I have purchase the product. but the software is for windows only. do you have it for macbook?
Why do the pictures exported to the card only show for 2-3 seconds even when specifying on the software to play for longer? even if I set them to 100 seconds (the maximum allowed) the pictures only show for a few seconds

What is the frame rate of converted projection video..? as when i used this fan, the project file is 10 to 20 sec. delayed from my original rendered file which is on 25 fps

@@harshrajesawant1982 hey, I just tried. Its almost 15 FPS. Depends on the length of the video as well. Anyways. My 60 seconds rendered video turned into 64 seconds on software and later it turned into 67 seconds on the projector fan. And now I happen to increase the length of audio to sync. Meanwhile I am doing superhero public shows on this projector. U can find me on UA-cam from now
i was given this product from my boss to update the ads and what can i say except this company deserves less they dont share their manuals my boss had a ignorant employee before me and set it up discarded all the boxes and papers and was fired sometime ago , i have the software fine cool its in the sd card but theres no instructions anywhere online how to use video or gif the software converts it and puts it in the .bin fine but when my display loads any GIF at all it crashes powers off then back on and starts from the beginning its awful

Hello, I bought your hologram fan. The software seems to be broken, it only shows 1/4th of the uploaded file. Can you please upload a new version. The tech support contact person does not seem to give a crap about my problem.

Hey has anyone ever thought to create a forum or facebook group for this software/Holographic Fans? For discussing the software/work arounds etc. I think it'd be very useful. I can't find a newer version of this software by this or any other company, is there any developments? would be great to understand how the .bin files are made.......

Has anybody figured out how to get this software to work? When i try to convert my mp4 file to the .bin it says it did it & the card reads it, but when you put it in the fan you get the white pie & other rubbish on it. Any help would be great.

These are some emails from clients who purchased from online shop: "I own the product. Loaded the software into my Windows 10 PC. I'm getting the following errors, the AVI is fine but when imported gets a visual error (see image) and then when I tried to export it, even though the SD card is plugged into my computer (and seen by it) the software does not see it and I can't export anything.
