This is the smps circuit, the 220 V to 12VDC AC circuit, with a maximum current 60A. This circuit is still being tested, you can do it, but be careful with 220v voltage. I will redesign this smps circuit, with full protection and voltage feedback. Soon, wait for me.

What if I use Voltage doubler? The Input is 110 volts to doubled as 220 Vac. The power is the same?
If the doubler can handle 800W then it should work, but still do your research because im not 100% sure

4.3cmx 5cm
Primary voltage= 220v
Primary turns= 461turns
Primary wire size= 0.538mm diameter( check for the SWG no using SWG gauge table)
Secondary voltage= 20V with center tap(20v 0 20v)
Secondary turns= 44 turns using bifilar winding technique( that's winding two closely spaced parallel winding) Google about it to understand
Secondary wire size= 1.785mm diameter
The above calculation is based on
1) 50Hz frequency
2) 1Tesla of Magnetic induction or flux density
3) 4A/mm²(or 500cmil/A) Current density.
Note: increasing the flux density lowers the number of turns but gives rise to higher temperature rise

bạn ơi ko có mạch dập dòng rò dc đặt vào 2 chân của mạch chỗ sơ cấp hả bạn
test chơi thôi, chứ nguồn này ít ai chơi đẩy kéo lắm. dùng nửa cầu sẽ an toàn hơn (fet chỉ cần điện áp thấp ) , biến áp đơn giản hơn ( 1 cuộn ). mình chưa có thời gian thiết kế lại , vài hôm nữa có time ngồi thiết kế bộ nguồn 100A 12V hoặc 24V chuyên dùng test inverter thay ắc quy cho ngon.
Hoặc dùng cầu h

No. the o/p of the ic is not sufficient to drive 10 mosfets. You need to use some gate drivers. Or you can synchronize more sg3525 to get more power(like paralleling smps)
