My Granddaughter Had the Very same Problem with her Chevy Traverse and that was brand new she had it towed in .
Modern GMs are dumpster fires. I had a renter with a brand new 2022 Equinox. They kept it for about 8 months and got rid of it because it spent about 4 months of that time in the shop. It was literally 50/50 shot if it would break down whenever they drove it. 100% garbage.
As a GM product user and Tower I approve this message
Awesome professional recovery!😊 Thanks for sharing! 😊
At least it wasn’t the fuel cell, all they need is a new tirod and lock tight for the nut
I always wanted a Tahoe
But now I’ll pass
this was a maintenance issue, that style Suburban is between 10 and 17 years old, most of the people that owned them never did proper maintenance while simultaneously driving the piss out of them which is what caused this tie rod failure
I have an ‘07 Tahoe with 184,000 miles and I bought it 7 years ago with 115,000. It was in great shape when I got it and it’s been a great truck. If I get a second car, I’ll still keep the Tahoe. It burns zero oil and it’s all about who had it and how it was maintained and treated.
@@HarmonsHarbor definitely true about the maintenance
How in the heck? I broke a tie rod at low speed, next thing I knew I was heading for a power pole. Brakes didn't respond well, steering was non existent.
You hear about GM problems all the time but you never see the proof but after watching Dustin's channel there is no doubt how bad GM really is. I noticed too its not the older ones its always the newer ones.
flashing lights are targets for some drivers
Facts. I saw the video of that woman that hit a fire truck that was at another accident scene. They had traffic blocked, lights flashing, and she still managed to run into it.

I’m a retired heavy equipment mechanic for the state of California. I’ve had arrow board trailers slammed by cars fog down the road.
My wife has a 2024 Tahoe RST she waited 2 years for she’s had the fuel pump fail twice electric issues and now she’s a making a weird sound she’s now wanting to sell it
Been doing few of those lately
I always have hard time judging distance when I off load
You always make it look easy 😂
I find this truck harder to judge with the longer bed. The KW was nice with the shorter bed.
WOW the nut came off l have seen them brake before but not like this one as you sead not on the Open road likey thanks for your time 👍👍👍😁👍🙂👏
Another great video. Thanks Dustan. ☺️
Thanks for watching!
I’d say they got pretty lucky on that one. Nice job Dustin! 👊🏼
Thank You!
No Fords were hurt during the making of this vlog.
It didn’t go to a shop, how silly. It’s going to need to be towed again.
Not if they fix it themselves. Not everyone needs a shop to fix their vehicles.
No stich today
WTH happened to make that break??
Sheesh what has been going on lately with the GM vehicles?
They’re not made like they used to
@@Towtruck_Dustin Typical!
It's an 07-14 so might be a lot of factors. Potholes could've been the cause mainly
Could've been potholes
If the mechanic can't fix it or the person that owns it can't fix it then that means that could have been a catastrophic failure and someone would be a liability if there was an accident luckily there was no accident luckily just snapped off and noticed it that sounds like it's mechanics liability to make sure everything is tightened up after they worked on it evidently their mechanic did not so I know because I worked on one and everything was all tightened up but ball joints and tie rod ends where loosened up so I tightened every single one the one I worked on like that one
❤❤
0's Chryslers were better the wheel would just lay over in it's hubcap
