I imagine they already had someone to do Penta Penguin's noises but were still in the process of finding a VA for Crash and Dingo. It's possible that they were trying to get the original Dingodile voice actor back but ultimately never worked it out. As for Crash, I'm still not sure why they didn't get Brendan O'Brien to do it again but perhaps there was a complication there.

4:35 I really miss that Italian mafia style that Pinstripe had and he is the only one that when he speaks doesn't sound annoying to me. When I heard his voice on the nitro fueled, he seemed like an idiot with a Disney voice like Tiny's.
It sucks very few characters has the voice from the penguin yay 1 and penguin yay 2 voice clips say the characters name amd what position their in before the position dialogues were removed along with rest the characters position dialogues.

These are placeholder clips. They were used before an actual voice recording was implemented in the game. At that time these clips were already deleted for later releases, so other languages weren't affected.

@Vee No, it means when we originally tried to make them play, they wouldn't play because of fanfare. That's why the description says we had to rewrite it over and over, until we found a way to make it work

Backwards, fanfare overwrites dialogue, that's why we disabled it. Similarly, fanfare will never play after an N Tropy dialogue

The code of this mod can be combined with the code of other mods, but without that, most mods can’t stack on top of other mods
