Would love this. We are legally limited to 1000mg tabs in the backwards watering hole of NZ. I believe US lobbyists have moved here or trained someone funded by pharma.
How high of a blood level is safe? I recently temporarily drove mine up to 250 as I wait for my first 6 month scans on watch and wait following chemo/rad for stage 3 colorectal 5 months ago. I am 82 y.o. male.
On my own I take between 20,000 - 30,000 IU/day of D3 and my current blood draw shows 125. I don’t get ill and haven’t gotten I’ll, I’m nearly 67. I heard a report of lifeguards testing at 125 but I don’t remember where. Would you know where I can find it? My understanding was it was all sun exposure on the job. 125 is NOT a “toxic” level. And yes I take MK7 also among other supplements. UA-cam vid by Michael F Holick doesn’t seem to mention the lifeguards either.
Good for you for taking that much. I’ve been on a loading dose of 50,000iu per day, and I intend to go down to 20,000 or 30,000. The book “the optimal dose” recommends 30,000 for everyone
@@thomassabac4382 at this date iv reduced D3 to 15-20 IU/day and have MK7 190 mg as they work synergistically. My D25 blood draw shows 101.7 I took that higher dose because I had elective surgery & my hospital does not allow me to take supplements while I’m there & I knew they were going to administer antibiotics per their protocol. So I prepared at home with fermented foods to rebuild my gut biome but the fat soluble D3&MK7 would be in my tissues about a week. Hospital stay was 6 days.
Just enough fat to trigger bile release from the gallbladder. It’s mostly the bile that’s needed, fat is secondary. A regular meal or a non-fat-free snack is sufficient for this. If you take fish oil, you can take your fat-soluble vitamins with it, as fish oil provides sufficient fat for absorption.
I lost 2 Parathyroids during messed-up surgery. Vagus Nerve also cut. I struggle every day with supplementation of Calcium and Vit. D3 + K2. Can anyone help with suggestions? Great Video! Cholecalciferol used in my country.
This is great info!! Thank u so much!!
Why did the show cut out? Where is the remainder of it?!
Please suggest research on COIMBRA PROTOCOL on other metabolic diseases

The life guards were in Israel. Hope ur well
An absorption question: for fat-soluble vitamins how much fat is needed/enough for the optimal absorption please?
