I love your videos. I'm looking forward to seeing how your garden is doing now in June.
I'm seeing some leaf miners on my spinach and swiss chard too.
I would love to do wall of waters next year. Where do you recommend getting them?

Glad you like the videos! We have purchased wall of water type products at a local nursery (Valley Nursery) and also ordered them online.
PS we have a full front foodscape tour video coming out now!

How do you harvest Celery for longer period of time. Can you cut 'n come again like lettuce?

Yes! I believe you may be able to treat it like cut and come again lettuce, but what we actually do is just pull off all the large stocks around the outside of the plant and leave the inner ones to get larger. Thats actually what we do with lettuce and spinach too 😊. Celery is awesome for picking the outside for weeks and weeks.

Do you add any amendments or fertilizer to the hole when planting any of your vegetable starts? Do you compost in the fall instead?
I think I like the One Bed Veg idea. A good place to start and then build from.

We don’t add any fertilizer or amendments when planting. We did add compost in the fall! ...after also adding some coffee grounds, juice pulp and mulched brown leaves. Probably 3/4” of compost on top.
