@@vee-bee-a Well, it's said that she was going to teach new Navigators earlier in the cutscene if I recall. It's weird that she needs to acclimate if she was going to teach people everything.
They are in the HW1 lore book. They were forced to migrate south when the siidim forced them from them home. They eventually found a sea and settled there.
Is there a "sandbox mode?" If so, will you be playing that too? I was kind of hoping for something you would be able to add commentary to, like with Total War. But this has been great so far. Thanks for the videos.
"This level of sabotage would take me weeks". Bro... they are just plugging a USB C connector. One of the most powerfull civilizations in the galaxy sabotagged by unpluging a pendrive...
at least Call the Hogs.... its like a cinematic view a good style at opening credits we feel an urge for a fresh brewed coffee and blueberry dounught now
"Hyperspacing through a solid object shouldnt be possible" Lady did you forget your peoples entire history? Your ships warped into the planet of karak often underground!!!!! Not sure the writers of 3 played the previous games. Having a damage boost spell with a short cool down and no downside is juat apm for the sake of apm. There is a reason stim costs marine HP.
Neither the Khar-Toba nor any of its sister ships (not that any others are seen to have been utilized in the Exile) warped into Kharak's terrain. Every wreck on Kharak that wasn't a Khar-Toba was intercepted ('intercepted' was the exact term used in the cutscene) by the Progenitor Hyperspace Core the ancient Hiigarans smuggled out there. What happened to those ships was not intentional, and also required a malfunctioning Hyperspace Core forcing the ships into its general vicinity (so, somewhere on or around Kharak). Given the only (known) Progenitor spec Hyperspace Core in that mission was functioning normally, and the raider carrier wasn't immediately disabled upon arrival (and also generally seemed like it arrived exactly where it intended), the circumstances surrounding the Kharak wrecks does not apply here. In short, that quote is *much* less silly if you append an unspoken "in these circumstances" to that statement.
@@sagacity1071 That's like saying, "Any ship can be a submarine. Just look at all those ships at the bottom of the ocean full of skeletons. It's easy. Just fill your ship full of water and you've got a submarine." But to everyone else, those ships just sank with all souls lost. I think it would be more accurate to say that no hyperdrive can do that *safely*.
Keep letting me know what you think! I am liking the missions so far. Feels like Homeworld.
it looks sounds an play just like homeworld which mean's it boring as well being good game
Just wondering if HW3 is moddable... if so I want Heir's voice as Intel hahaha
Imogen is Fleet Command, but Intel sounds and acts like he's really the one in charge
That's because Imogen is still acclimating. If there ever was a manual for being Unbound, Karan probably took it with her.
@vee-bee-a The Bentusi had the only copy and they yeeted it with them during the Beast War probably

Teaching is different to doing if you think about it.@HeathenSWolf
I'm Glad to see you are enjoying it so far! Homeworld came out so long ago I was worried the original luster would be gone.
The music and dialogue in this game are superb!
you really don't give your dudes a moment of respite, let the damaged interceptors dock dude come on
Have we heard of Kiith Paktu before? If so, what was their speciality on Kharak?

And the story continues. Let’s see more. 😁

Yes. There are battles vs human and AI as well as a game mode called war games.
Good stuff so far, wonder what's next..?

ships constantly fly through structures lol
drop all the episodes
I want to bad...but I am so time limited to record. I will see what I can do to drop a bunch!

Those ships suffered malfunctions and ended up buried underground with a 100% loss of life.
@synthetic240 which means it's 100% possible to warp into a solid object.... you'd think a sjet would know this.

This is some 40K vibes but more vanilla.
We want fucking commentary wtf
Na. I like how it’s gong so far. 😎
