Love the jack. Trying to move around a 4l80 out from under or into a vehicle is tough.
Nice job. It was good time to replace brake lines. Dorman has nice stainless steel brake lines kit $120. I replaced on my 2005 Escalade - kit fits nicely. I just get second break line set for my 2003 Escalade.
What is your recommendation for axles gear ratio? Should I worry about switching rear axle? I planing 600 rwhp, for joy driving. I broke rear diff once on my stok 1500 Avalanche (80K), just normal driving through the city.
Rear axle on 2003 Escalade has 200k and working ok. I have 2 donor pickups: 1500HD 3.73 posi (160k) and 2500HD 4.10 posi (43k).

Isn't the transfer case input spline different between 4l60 and 4l80?
Yes, I have a different Tcase with 32 spline adapter.

I have a 2002 sierra denali AWD it had the 4l60e but I got a 4l80e to swap in just can't find the adapter to connect the 149gm transfer case to the 4l80e. Could you give me any info on were to get the adapter. Thanks
