Thank you! Yes, this was a lot of fun. That black one is a Pentel Caneta Pincel Brush Sign Pen, he also used Staedtler Pigment Liner Marker pens for the thin lines, and the good old Artline 90 N for filling in the blacks. The book is “Striptekenen!: 1001 Handige trucs om een fantastische striptekenaar te worden“ available on Dutch and German Amazon (it's in Dutch, not sure if there is another language). Great questions! I updated the description with the info.

Sure, there have been multiple reprints in Dutch and he is planning on having an English version in the future.
