Absolutely fabulous. Great attention to detail with the woodubend. Maybe the handles are too far apart ( not quite the law of thirds) - my critical eye 👁😁 Gorgeous colour choice. Beautiful restoration.

So glad to be able to watch more frequently again. I can’t imagine how busy you are! This piece turned out beautifully. Thank you so much for teaching us how to make the key hole plates. The music with lyrics was a tad annoying but the instrumentals were better. Can’t wait for the next project you share. Oh and Lily always provides a splendid ending. She always knows how to stage your work perfectly 😊

How very fascinating to listen to the introduction Story Jonathon! Thanks for having taken the time explain, also because I just might've had a Sad heart to see such a lovely piece 'not restaured' the classical way. Now I can watch the transformation light heartedly and am eager toes what you will do with it. But I trust you it will be done with good taste and much sensitivity. Oh yeah and what a lovely Ring you are wearing! Inspired by an ancient culture?
The new handles are superb! The 'Woodyoubend' as well ! It should have been like that always! Quite a lot tof precision work! But you excel on that! Forth Keyhole I might have tried Diamondshape but it looks good the way you did. it!

If I were staging A Christmas Carol by Dickens, I’d use this as Ebenezer Scrooge’s desk. I’ve no idea if it’s the right period, but I think the audience would relate to it, with the touches of “gold.” I love its shape, also.

WOW Jonathan!!! Love that color with the rustic gold/bronze accents!! I’ll have to figure out that color from your link-not savy with computers!! It is a Beautiful silvery blue, but subtle. Love that you kept the back & side guard on top with the WoodUBend!! Can use chop sticks or wood skewers for repairs!! Your puttin-puttin looks like my Flash!! Sweet❤wanting to paint walls and using your Art Deco/Nouveau bird stencil!! Surgery went well for my left ring finger knuckle a week ago. Thanks Jonathan for inspiration & continual support for us amateurs!!!❤❤❤

Wow, Jonathon you really nailed it. I love the colour, I used it myself very recently on a side board. But as you said, majority of people would go with a mould or decopage on the round upper back of the unit. However, your idea of the slim trim looks so beautiful, simple and original. Love absolutely everything about it, including the handles. Well done, you smashed it again. 💙
PS. Miss Lily is such model 😄

Marvelous accomplishment, Jonathon. I thought something should soften that upper turn piece, but I was against something ornate as well. I was a bit stumped as to what to do, and then you came up with the perfect answer. Good on you! 💯💫

Hi Jonathan. Question? I’m adding some satin paint to a piece I have already painted so I bought the wrong colour and since it’s unopened I’m exchanging it. Cabrian blue???? Is this what you mixed in your bathroom with Canvas? I love the colour in your bathroom so please let me know if you did indeed use Cabriam blue & canvas. Going back to store in a week. Thanks

I use the term...blind mans feel....i touch or rub an area w out looking at it. Believe it ir not. Ur fingers see more than the eye...if that makes any sense.
I look away...i rub the areas....my fingers feel the dips, imperfections before my eyes do. I touch it lightly. It works really well.

I love you pieces, but the videos are SOOO long! Can you shorten them to 15-20 minutes? Most people don't have an hour +/- to watch a youtube video. Also - it eats up bandwidth and I get overage charges from my carrier for too much video download.
