Omg this video is so accurate thank you ❤I had a bad experience with my older job , and now I started at a new one and trying to keep the better boundaries there 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Could you make a video or give any recommendations on replies /keeping the boundaries when people are asking about personal topics /gossips /ask inappropriate questions ?These are the people I have to communicate with sometimes at work .. I want to sound respectful ( wanna to keep an image of a good worker , working with many customers )but still keep the boundaries and protect myself and not be a people pleaser 😓🙏🏼
I have this exact situation in the scripts - get it, you'll love the program. The how-to guide will be the key for you to understand how to present yourself and deliver your words with confidence. But BASICALLY - you gotta be okay yourself to say no when you don't want to share something. There's nothing shameful about it. You only get negative reactions when YOU feel inferior yourself. 'This isn't something I want to share more about right now, let's chat about something else' with a cheeky smile is one way :) Get the scripts to see other Sharp, Soft, Playful options.

I find working from home has helped with workplace boundaries a LOT! But I understand not every job fits that criteria x

Laugh off the question and return to work, if you have a office job keep your headphones on, tell them you’re in a meeting!
