Dude I recommend what i call a come a long. Like a cable winch puller? You can hook it to the car and then to the tree and have little more pulling power. More control of it to man.
Dana drill the beam.into the concrete use multiple heavy duty lag bolts to hold the beam too the concrete and add the cars to the side for extra strength .u can re use the setup aswell if u do that

F ing genius! I've done similar to pull a radiator support back into place. You can drill some holes in the concrete and put in some anchors. Not in your driveway of course cause you can lift the concrete if it's less than 6" slabs.
Ive had to pull a frame straight I used one of those tall offroad floor jacks(usually red) that jeeps have to force the frame straight worked really well

YoungStatic your good brotha if it’s a transfer between family you don’t need to smog it iv done that plenty of times when I purchased cars after 90 day smog. Just say it’s a brother and that’s it just trying to save you some money bro

Same thing happened to my DA9, same side too. I pulled it as straight as possible and got it back and running.
