I watched your ab/warmup routine in this video and it looked so painful on the lower back but I would love to rehab my back to get to that point without pain🙏🏻
I always thought I was eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated. Then I got my first diet plan created on website dietarize. I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 3500 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.
I love seeing the hustle and planning whenever you guys have an event going on. Having organization and structure is sometimes difficult to plan but the end product is delightful to see. Congrats on the continuous growth!
I think this is what daily consistency over years looks like. He’s just been hands on in every part of his life and seems to master it now. He’s so amazing because very few ppl actually decide to live this way. I’m sure he started small so I think all of us could get to this, if we put in the same amount of discipline and focus.
@@habajah5416 u right but he honestly does more then most athletes. Most athletes are very gifted and worked very hard but now maintain and recover more.
I’m currently in the military and starting a hybrid athlete lifestyle and your videos keep me motivated and keep pushing to get better every day. And why do you choose to run without music
He’s mentioned it in an earlier video (probably over a year now), but basically he said he likes to take his morning runs as a chance to reflect and be with his thoughts
I am also in the military. I ran with music for years, taking the earbuds out and focusing on running and cadence helped me a lot. I thought it sounded counter productive but it really does help. If your going on a long slow distance run you’d be fine to listen to a podcast or music but when you’re actually training it is much better to not listen to anything and just focus on running or your thoughts. Give it a try, you won’t be sorry.
Awesome to see a normal diet, normal eating. Healthy, filling and great protein. Too many full carnivore or full vegan zealots and not enough common sense eating. Sure a time and place for all diets, but no one size fits all. Great video. When will your products be available in Mexico and Columbia ?
@@erikamundson2507 why ? Please explain, love to learn more. For me and my patients there must be a mix for best results. Meaning there must be meats and eggs with the plants. Eggs are almost the perfect food. Even fish eggs are great. Wild bird eggs awesome. The meat can be dogs and cats not required to be cows. However personally have seen great benefits of meat based but not fully extreme meat unless it is a special needs patient. Have some that are vegan and it can work just requires a LOT of work to get a clean 6,000 to 8,000 calorie bodybuilding diet or motocross rider or strongman competitor diet on just plants. Sure it is possible, just high cost and a lot of work and lot of packaging waste for the planet. Personally not into extreme diets or anything that cannot be sustainable long term. Vegetarian base is good as that allows milk and eggs. Full vegan would be extreme for me unless the patient has a real clinical need to avoid animal products. Why close our minds or bodies to nutritious food options? Be it meat or plants? Great to mix both and honestly great seeing Nick eat both. As long as there are no GI issues, disease or autoimmune than some plants a good filler as well as fiber for those needing fiber. Science still is not 100% regarding fiber. Do not think we will know for at least 10 to 20 years. I do recommend avoiding lectins and a few items of no real value when other options available
