Your videos are fantastic to watch and I always enjoy watching the entire process in full - but I want to really say thank you for this one in particular. It's fascinating and so helpful to see the ENTIRE process in genuine production and not just demonstration. I'm also excited to see you do this in Blender 2.8 as it's up-to-dateness makes it all the more viable for me to reference and learn from this video (plus I was surprised to see the texturing done in Blender rather than SP), and the subtle yet very convenient way you've added in "chapters" for each stage of progress. Overall just extremely useful for those wanting to learn - thank you!

This is amazing work - you're a great artist. As a couple of people have suggested here, it would be really helpful if you were able to provide a quick breakdown of the order in which you do things. The timelapse is cool but it speeds over some of the important steps you go through (like baking and applying the displacement map). Maybe you could model and texture a really simple object and put it through all of the processes you'd use on a full project so that people can see all of the steps that need to be taken? On the other hand, you're probably busy enough already! :) Great videos and thanks for posting them!

this is really good! to be honest though i wouldn't be able to do this type of thing as i struggle with creating a simple maple doughnut! what would be helpful is if someone created a "2D to 3D" puppet tool maker where you draw each side in a base making section, then add onto it in a editor tool, then finally paint and rig it; like the puppet tools toon boom and flash have but...better? though i don't know how one would do that nor if there's anything out there like what i am wanting so i'll just stick to 2d and work from there.
