These are great videos! I just had bunion surgery on each foot this year and I’m so concerned with them coming back. My shoes fit better but I lover my girlie shoes & heels 👠 plus I don’t want to get rid of them. Any other suggestions to make sure they don’t return? thx
I have had feet pain, since I was a child. I’m 61 now. I can wear only new balance shoes, because they have the widest and best toebox. At least that’s what my podiatrist said. At my last appointment there, because of my even more severe foot pain, he told me I had to wear New Balance shoes over 900 series or better! I had no idea! I usually got 500 or 550 series shoes 👟 for around 50-60 bucks or so. My new 900+ New Balance were $110-ish and it has made one heck of a difference. I know that because we have 3 pups 🐶 🐕 🐶 and I stepped in poop and had to wash off my shoes, so meanwhile I put my old shoes on for one day! At the end of the day I thought I was going to die. my feet hurt WORSE than ANYTHING!! I throw crocs on do you use as a slipper type shoe but I cannot wear them very long. Only for a few minutes. Michigan Foot Doctors Wow 🤩 I didn’t even know there WERE orthopedic slippers! I wwill try that, because as much as I “like” to “like” crocs, they really don’t like me! Thanks so much!
Michigan Foot Doctors something funny when the doctor said I need a different shoes, he said you need shoes with high heels. And I said, HIGH HEELS 👠?? He had a pair right in the exam room and showed me what he was talking about. I didn’t even know that they made tennis shoes with high heels, or higher heels! 🤩🤩🤩😂😂😂😂✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻
The idea is basically that pressure can pre stretch the material a little bit, there are Lot of variables like the shoe and the material, but generally it should work atleast a little bit

Excellent, on that note try some orthotic slippers like Vonic, spenco, toas, Chacos and Oofos! These can work really well also
