No not really, you spent almost all the time talking about stretching width I needed to know how to stretch length. This particular stretcher and most others use PLASTIC heel and to me looks pretty weak, you mentioned stretching the heel out, is that how length is gained?

What are the ingredients, of the shoe stretcher spray? I wonder if it can be made at home? I think a 50-50 mix of isopropyl alcohol, and water will do the same thing. Just asking. Thanks for any response.

Hello Doctor . I'm from morocco . I want to consult you. I was injured 5 years ago in the middle of the plantar fascia and for that long it remained untreated. But now I examined the doctor and he saw that there were growths in the plantar fascia, which required surgical intervention. So what do you think? Is there a way to treat without surgery

There are just too many risk factors on both ends to provide you the service you need. We will do our best to make videos for you in the future, but the advice cannot be individual.

    • @DrTomBiernacki

There is a top piece that comes with the stretch device. Also simply changing and skipping using all lace holes can take pressure off of certain bumps on top

I'd say the max size for these are Size 10 UK (size 11 US) - in my experience, anyway. With size 10 (UK) starting you reach the very end of the screw length quite easily.

@@lemagreengreen thank you for the reply. I bought a Foot Fitter ML. It works nearly perfect. While it stretched my shoes excellently with a quality build, the problem i found was it’s poor design. For a half boot or high top sneaker i wished the mechanics was directed up the shoe stretcher ankle rather than out the back of the heel area. It effects the back of the shoe when it would not have if there was a vertical mechanism.
