Than she puts Chucky in with her Buddha boys and than gives the camera to volunteer Elizabeth. 33:04 Saskia returns and she grabs chucky & cuddles him than hands him to Elizabeth. Than she takes us around the garage showing us different pigs while talking to us. 52:13 Saskia takes us outside where we see big buckets of vegetables and than back to the Buddha boy cage and around the garage showing us different pigs while talking to us. 57:29 Saskia hands the camera to Elizabeth and she sets us up on Buddha boys cam. 1:11:58 Saskia takes us off Buddha boy cam and takes us to where volunteers Elizabeth and Abby are working 1:20:55 Saskia takes us with her while talking to us she eventually sits down in her golf cart and talks to us. 1:39:58 Saskia gets customers and she goes to talk to the customers & than takes us into the garage as they are there for an adoption. 1:43:35 Saskia takes us with her as she goes to harvest vegetables 1:51:09 Saskia grabs her basket of veggies & heads to the front of the garage where she talks to Elizabeth and they look at a pig Elizabeth is doing a health check on. @@reneevalenti7458 Those pigs she calls Buddha boys because some male guinea pigs have a very tame disposition and don't feel the need to dominate and hump, butt sniff, rumble strut, basically they are male pigs that are so tame they can live with anyone, even an aggressive pig, because his aggressive energy has nowhere to go when a super tame pig just wont respond how they are expecting them too. It is rare, and no one is really sure what causes some male guinea pigs to be so tame, when Most are not and usually the rule of no more than two males together applies, unless you know for sure your male guinea pig is very tame, like not doing any of the things i mentioned above. I used to have a super tame Buddha boy male pig that was so tame there was never a boss or dominant pig because of his tame nature. He passed back on jan 18 2024. I had him for 5 years, and he was 6 months old when i got him. Anyway, the other male pig he lived with, Nacho is not a tame pig and though Nacho now has a new cage mate. The bond is not the same, as it was with Beavis the tame piggy, because neither pig i have now has that same tame nature, so Nacho is always dominating Gizmo his new mate, and with some males this wont just wont work. But Saskia knows what she's looking for when looking for super tame males that she knows can live together.
Loved this Live Saskia... Question. Is the Wheekers fb page the main fb page for LAGP Rescue? Or, is it your Saskia LA Guinea Pig Rescue page? I follow both but was only seeing posts from Wheekers. I just changed a couple of settings on the Saskia LAGP Rescue page and hope to start receiving notifications about those posts too. We will see. FB confuses me... 🤔🤭
