Hey you forgot Rule #3, never ever say "I'll be right back", cause you won't be back. One of the Covenant characters did that, and she ended up getting mauled to death by the Neomorph. *;D*
Eric Carter, bro, great review. If anything, though, I must say that the lead actress has this going in her defense concerning her less then desirable performance . . . she's not Sigourney Weaver. I'm not knocking your analysis, it is quite good, however, a lot of people (and I'm speaking mostly of producers and studio's, and SJW's) tend to forget that Sigourney Weaver's portrayal of Ripley was so awesome because Sigourney was such a great actress, and still is. It had nothing to do with the fact that she was a female (that's what the studio's were looking at when they wanted another Ripley type character for Aliens vs. Predator) she nailed the role because she was Sigourney Weaver, and she rocked! A lot of people (again, I'm speaking generally) make the mistake of thinking that anyone can play any role with any results they desire. That's just not possible, that's the reason casting was such an important part of the movie making process back then, it wasn't like it is today were it's only people with the reputation, looks, political standing, and kudos that get the roles. Back then, actors were cast for talent. Granted, if they were uglier than all get out, they most likely wouldn't get the part, true, but they certainly wouldn't have if they couldn't deliver the performance. But, then again, let's look at the difference between the movie industry thirty years ago and today. 'Nuff said. Again though, Eric, I'm not knocking your review, I actually quite enjoyed it, I'm just putting in my two cents. Thanks again for the vid, bro. Cheers.
Thanks for your viewpoint Jon. There definitely is truth to it. That's why I said that she could have been played by a different actor and the performance could have been better. Also yes Sigourney Weaver is a powerhouse actress and that definitely did help in making her as awesome and iconic a character as she is. Thanks for watching and commenting buddy!
I loved alien! To this day it remains one of my favorite movies but covenant was a disappointment it felt more like alien at the halfway point where the 2 crew members are infected than when there are actual aliens. Also I really hated the fact that we have the alien... because David.
I still think Alien is one of the best horror films of all time. With Covenant, I felt cheated, like Prometheus--no real answers as you pointed out--no real conclusion. Spoiler alert: the most horrifying part of Covenant to me is when the Captain discovered that she was imprisoned by David and that Walter hadn't survived (though I suspected up until that point I wasn't sure). Four more films? Really I though the next one was supposed to be the last of these--the direct prequel to Alien--what more can they do with these monsters that hasn't already been done.
I feel like the original Prometheus script at least tried to establish additional material for the Alien franchise and explore new worlds and philosophical questions of life and existence - but it was butchered by the studio. Covenant on the other hand felt like a rip off to me - the signal, foreign planet - they intentionally tried to recreate scenes and images of the famous original to generate a nostalgic feeling - just like Star Wars EP7. That's why I prefer Prometheus, but it is a horrible movie, I just wish they would have stayed faithful to the original approach.
for me both androids survived. they did not show in movie dead android. maybe ridley wanted us to believe that one kill another, but is there any proof?
A79 had smooth camera work, no flash frames or multiple events sharing runtime. It was very fluid and smooth in its story telling...whereas these new movies are very straight on, boom in your face, no buildup, with alot of flash cutframes and multiple events sharing 1min runtimes that feels very schizophrenic.
No comparison. The original Alien is infinitely better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Covenant was a huge disappointment. Going the android created the alien route was a terrible idea!
Richard Perrine well, the story is still expanding and being told, and there is some evidence suggesting that the Protomorph we see in Covenant may not be the same as the originals.
Why terrible ?? The engineers created the original strain maker, so in a sense it was shared. between the engineers who's compound was used and David who if you can open your mind is a malfunctioning droid, but most people watched this movie with only a movie in mind but Ridley works deeper than that. We are already saying AI will destroy the human race, so why is it such a far fetched idea that David created it after being abused by Humans his whole 'life'. You need to understand the sub stories that Ridley tries to get across. It's a real shame that people dont like movies that make them think these days. unlike in the 60's and 70's.
no its a protomorph, only organic at the moment. The Original Big Chap is biomechanical. Maybe it uses David 8 and some black goo to create the Big Chap as we know it ? We know it didnt recognise David as his Father like the Neomorphs did when little jaw came out and smashed the monitor whilst looking at David.
+Richard Perrine But the idea of articificial life with an ambition to create new carbon life forms is a genuinely ground breaking idea unseen before in any previous movie ... dont you think ? When someone comes up with something new and unheard of, people laugh it off as stupid and crazy ... and you wonder why people complain about a lack of originality in movies..
+Harry Thomas Pictures Agreed. Even though Alien Covenant had great scenes it did not really push Ridley Scott's directing talents. This movie could have been far more special but it fell short in the end. Thanks for watching and commenting buddy!

I completely disagree with you on Alien. I haven’t yet seen Alien Covenant, but Alien is a masterpiece in every way and I would give it a 10/10. It’s slowness and build up to the xenomorph, instead of cheap jump scares is what makes it amazing. It is one of the best sci-fi movies and one of the best horror movies of all time. It does however have one of the best jump scares with the Alien bursting out from the dark.
ALIEN is one of the greatest films of all time! Alien Covenant was okay... PS I still find Alien to be scary. Every time I watch it, I can feel the tension more than most horror films that I see for the first time
What did I like about Covenant? Well, Danny McBride was actually pretty good, and I was really delightfully surprised that he actually survived!!! But that’s about it.
What grinds my gears with all these prequels is the stylistic differences that are completely immersion breaking and I'm not suspending my disbelief about it at all. Do they not understand that you can't make a prequel to a movie that was made 40 years ago and give it a modern style, dialogue, wardrobe and technology. People keep finding excuses like "Oh, the Nostromo wasn't a high tech ship that's why it looks old" No, it looks old because that's how films were made back then, with the "retro" futuristic style. The way these people talk, they hairstyles and hipster clothes, their undergarments, it's all like from a different timeline, there is no way in any shape or form that people used to dress and act and talk like that in the same universe as the first Alien film. (Im sorry if I had a hard time explaining what I meant, English isn't my native language but I hope you understand my point)
This definitely goes to the original Alien, it is one of the best films of all time. Also, my rating of each of the Alien films. Alien = 9/10 Aliens = 10/10 Alien 3 = 1/10 Alien Resurrection = 5/10 AVP: Alien vs. Predator (Theatrical cut) = 7/10 AVP: Alien vs. Predator (Director’s cut) = 8/10 AVPR: Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem = 2/10 Prometheus = 3/10 Alien Covenant: 6/10
Woah, woah, woah! At 8:10, speaking of bad CGI, the Xenomorph's back spikes very *visibly* just phase through the floor as it climbs down the ladder shaft. Pause the video and use < and > to go through frame by frame. You can clearly see the largest spikes pass through the solid floor.
@@mala6238 it's the subtle details that really make the movie shine to me, and you really need to dig deep into the movie to understand it to its fullest, and I think that's really cool. For example, a lot of people have complained about the crew being stupid, which is true, the crew does make a lot of stupid decisions, however that's actually a conscious and purposeful decision from Ridley Scott. If you remember, Vickers Said that she hired most of the people on the crew herself, and later it's revealed that she wanted the mission to fail. She was hiring the stupidest people she could that somehow qualified for the job just so she could spite her father and watch the mission fail. There's numerous other things like this in the movie that people tend to gloss over and not notice, but when you do notice them it's really cool to see in the final product. I just find the themes, hidden details, and sci-fi elements that really make you think super interesting, and personally that's why I really enjoy the film. It's unique, curious, creative, and doesn't tell the audience all the answers, and instead let's the audience try to peice everything together on its own, which is why I think the movie is so disliked. This is just my personal opinion, but I think that Prometheus is a highly underrated gem.
@@halojoe1028 yeah I kinda like that movie too. But there are reports out there I read a few years ago which displayed the original scripts that dive deeper into the religious themes of life, creation Jesus is a Creator etc. And that the studio compromised that vision always bothered me about the movie. Yeah I still enjoy it and find nice images and themes but I always think at a some occasions: "what could have been?".
@@mala6238 I definitely agree, the studio unfortunately messed with the movie, and it definitely could have been a lot better if that wasn't the case. Maybe even a 10/10. I posted my first comment 2 years ago, and I think overtime I'm gonna change my rating to an 8/10, because I do have problems with it. The movie never got to shine to its fullest, and I'd love to see the original version of the movie, but as is I still think it's a very strong movie with a lot of interesting twists and turns.
"Alien": There is a dangerous parasite on an unexplored moon. DO NOT GO THERE! "Alien Covenant": The Xenomorph was created by an upgraded "Bender Bending Rodriguez." So, there's no Xenomorph home planet? As engineer Bret said: "Right!" Also, the script by Dan O'Bannon and Ronald Shusett made it possible for Ridley Scott to make the "Alien" movie. Without a coherent script and an obsession with The Disappointed Angel reveals Ridley Scott's "two dimensional" vision.;)
+Jesie Cruz That's the reason I was harsh on it. I am a HUGE Alien fan and to see it get this poor Hollywood treatment is insulting. So it deserves to get all the harsh descriptions it can get. Thanks for watching buddy!
Jiren the gray how in gods green earth is alien resurrection better that alien covenant. I mean alien resurrection is really bad with no redeeming qualities to it. But at least covenant had great qualities to it.
Should’ve been Alien Covenant vs Prometheus. We all *knew* Alien was gonna win, lol. I did enjoy Alien Covenant though. I loved David in this film, the action involving the Xenomorph (err, Protomorph) was really entertaining, I liked the developed themes from Prometheus, and in typical Ridley Scott Fashion, this is such a beautifully directed film. Though the characters were really underdeveloped and their decisions were really stupid, and I agree that the combined tone with Alien and Prometheus is very abrupt and kinda distracting.
Did you not see the promo films for this ?? The Last Supper introduses the characters. As did Run, Pray and Hide. All of which needed to be seen before watching covenant.
+WORSTXB1PLAYER Tyler Tee H C I was aware of it and I did see it but I didn't remember it by the time I saw the movie. Besides, the movie never told me I had to do homework. Thanks for watching buddy!
hi Eric. I am actually agree on all of your points in regards of both movies. also nice throwback to Ghostbusters 20ass. also for me it seems that Ridley Scott barely touching script at all, and scriptwriters are just made cheap b-rated monster movie while writers of the original alien did an amazing job at establishing characters, world, creature, lore. and incredible mistery. and writers of covenant did? " oh,David did it! mystery solved, wanna do the fingering this time?" what is this? a sci-fi porn? an another mass effect andromeda? I think Ridley Scott a good director but he as good as script goes. first alien he got lucky with script and that was amazing. this time? just look at him in all interviews, he generally looks uninterested in alien, as if he forgot what made alien tick for the first time.
I love both films! Alien is my favourite of the series due to its legacy, Ripley (my space mother), and just ugh i love it. Covenant had an awesome soundtrack, Daniels (imo) is an awesome protagonist, and the most gorgeous scenery and effects (the gore was p great too!). The things that I don't like about Covenant are the fact that David created the Xenos rather than the Engineers who we're led to believe created them in Prometheus, and the death of Shaw (whhhyyyyyy). I'm an emotional sap so I did feel for the characters (especially Danny) in Covenant, especially due to the whole couples thing which I think was a good decision on Ridley's part, as even though the actual writing of them may have been lackluster, the couples thing brought motivation to the characters which really added to the story. But that's just my opinion; I do think that there are better films in the franchise but Prometheus and Covenant hold a place in my heart
*looks at Prometheus* Hmm... *looks at Alien: covenant* Hmm... *looks at the upcoming Alien: awakening* I sense a prequel trilogy brewing up. Ridley Scot: ...
I mean, i dont know i only watched a little bit of alien covenant and never watched the original alien but i think i Like alien covenant more because of the Aliens, in terms of story from what i heard the original alien is better
How old are you buddy, and are you a gamer...? Because anyone saying that the 1st hour of Alien was SOOOO BORING must have a gamers attention span, attuned to not waiting more than 2 minutes for anything before getting bored... your speech pace speaks volumes about that.
@@mrmanjumac3454 Yes, but it's an attention-span based on constant in-your-face feedback, a different thing from the passive patience needed from viewers of "suspense", which requires one to WAIT without being able to hurry-up a situation -- 100s of hours of gaming is ADDICTION, not PATIENCE. Despite my tone, I was really just drawing attention to different modes of cognizance required for different media, and how one should be self-aware of the lens one sees something through -- I suppose I MYSELF see through a "Boomer" or "X" lens, not "Millennial".
+AdolphusOfBlood It's a horror film. Check IMDb and Rotten Tomatoes. It will confirm it for you. On top of that Ridley Scott and all the actors have confirmed in interviews that it's in the horror genre.
It's much closer to Aliens then Alien. There was no tension at all in the entire film, and they broke every rule in horror. Like killing the monster. You could argue the monster was David, and to some extent that's true. But there not running from David, at best it's a thriller about a crazy android with a strange hobby. So it's not real horror. It may have been miss classified, but if you've never seen Aliens I suggest you do. The franchise is half horror and half action. This one is on the action side no matter how they classify it.
Ok I only asked that because well 1964 actually has all the monsters that will be starring in the 2019 version but I guess it's good to do the original 2014 one verses it's sequel
+Eric Carter Wow, even the best sci fi movie Alien gets only a 7/10 .... I can see how lowly you think of sci fi movies... or the horror genre in general ...
+Eric Carter Its the opposite way around for me, Aliens would get a lower score than Alien ... to me Alien is more elegant as a horror genre, there's a great sense of mystery and the unknown when they visited the space jockey grounds, there's a better cast of interesting characters .. Aliens is more like a hero (or heroine to be exact) action thriller movie, more gore and epic battle with the queen but the cast is less memorable except for of course Ripley ... there is a lack of mystery (unlike the first movie), lots of suspense and tension (like the first movie) ... I would rate Alien a 9.5/10 (the final shot where the alien was outside the space ship spoils it for me as it looks like a man in a suit) ... and a 8/10 for Aliens ... I love slow-burn suspense movies by the way ...
+88feji That's perfectly understandable. There were quite a few moments in the first Alien where the creature looked like a man in a suit. The second movie I feel is the movie where the aliens looked the best. Anyway, thanks so much for watching and commenting buddy!
I adore Prometheus. I actually find it to be the best out of both the Alien and Predator films. I think it did a good job with moving away from the xenomorph story that we've seen 6 times before and it did a brilliant job crafting a story with intrigue. The idea of the Engineers creating the black goo and us in order to use it for the intent of wiping us out (or mutating us) was executed amazingly and kept me fascinated all throughout the film. I even really like the Engineers, there's a level of mystery to them (such as why do they do what they do) and they're bloody intimidating, I was actually more interested in seeing them more in the future than the xenomorph. I just love the way in which Prometheus sheds light on the backstory in a very clever way. I was actually quite disappointing when it was announced that they were not doing a direct follow up, but I thought Alien Covenant did a fantastic job. Alien Covenant is definitely my second favourite in the series. I think the favourite to least favourite in the Alien and Predator series are: Prometheus Covenant Aliens Alien vs Predator Alien Predator Predator 2 Alien vs Predator Requiem Predators Alien Resurrection Alien 3
Blackadder5 Thanks buddy. I personally would have enjoyed Prometheus a lot more if the marketing did not trick is into thinking it was going to be something else. Thanks so much for the detailed comment buddy! I really appreciate it!
I saw Alien Covenant twice this week and I really dislike it. I don't like anything about Covenant. To me its like one of those landfill islands. Its full of mostly garbage but even it can have some pretty scenery. The CG to me was horrible.
he did use practical effects most of the time. See ... You don't know shit about Ridley's style and you can't even tell which is CGI and which is practical, and the fact that you can't tell ? Tells me that it was far better than you are saying. Thats what narks me about the complaints of this movie they are sao shallow and miss out the fact that the majority of this thing was shot in a studio, not on another Planet, but ALL those beautiful effects seem to be masked with cry babies saying why would these people go to a planet with no helmets on ?? Verbatim from another whingers thoughts, shallow again. The Ship Mu-Th-Ur is a Giant sophisticated Lab, hospital, town basically, and the compouters onboard are super sensitive and can pick up ALL the elements as is shown in the movie, that it's beyond our wildest expectations and even better than Origae 6. Just like we can tell what compounds are on a Planet we have never been to from Earth. Spectrumology and Light can give a lot of information in this day and age, and rememebr that this is in a Sci Fi future where we have already achieved the impossible like creating droids. Jeez people get with it.
why you comparing Alien covenant to the Rules of fucking Scream ??? LOL You see this is the problem with the people slating this movie. They just don't get it that Ridley is a master, and if its way above you then thats fine, but you cant slate it just because you dont understand the deeper meanings and symbolism deep within. Ridley makes the rules, he don't follow them.
I'll just stick with the original, thank you
It should have been Prometheus versus Alien Covenant. A much more balanced argument.

@@halojoe1028 yeah. That's it. I hope for a genius movie in the future.
It is agrovating how stupid the humans were in Covenant
"Alien": There is a dangerous parasite on an unexplored moon. DO NOT GO THERE!
"Alien Covenant": The Xenomorph was created by an upgraded "Bender Bending Rodriguez."
So, there's no Xenomorph home planet? As engineer Bret said: "Right!"
Also, the script by Dan O'Bannon and Ronald Shusett made it possible for Ridley Scott to make the "Alien" movie. Without a coherent script and an obsession with The Disappointed Angel reveals Ridley Scott's "two dimensional" vision.;)
I personally think you were way too harsh on Covenant. But that's just my opinion as a major Alien fan.
+Jesie Cruz That's the reason I was harsh on it. I am a HUGE Alien fan and to see it get this poor Hollywood treatment is insulting. So it deserves to get all the harsh descriptions it can get.
Thanks for watching buddy!
Aliens > Alien > Prometheus > Alien 3 (assembly cut) > Alien Ressurection > Alien Covenant
Jiren The Gray here's my list.
Alien covenant > AVP > Alien > Aliens > Prometheus > AVPR > Alien 3 > Alien resurrection
Jiren the gray how in gods green earth is alien resurrection better that alien covenant. I mean alien resurrection is really bad with no redeeming qualities to it. But at least covenant had great qualities to it.
Alien>Aliens>Prometheus>Alien3>Covenant>AvP>Alien4>AvP2
There's a series of alien coming out in March for Disney plus
Should’ve been Alien Covenant vs Prometheus. We all *knew* Alien was gonna win, lol.
I did enjoy Alien Covenant though. I loved David in this film, the action involving the Xenomorph (err, Protomorph) was really entertaining, I liked the developed themes from Prometheus, and in typical Ridley Scott Fashion, this is such a beautifully directed film. Though the characters were really underdeveloped and their decisions were really stupid, and I agree that the combined tone with Alien and Prometheus is very abrupt and kinda distracting.
The music of Alien is 💥💥💥
Did you not see the promo films for this ?? The Last Supper introduses the characters. As did Run, Pray and Hide. All of which needed to be seen before watching covenant.
+WORSTXB1PLAYER Tyler Tee H C I was aware of it and I did see it but I didn't remember it by the time I saw the movie.
Besides, the movie never told me I had to do homework.
Thanks for watching buddy!
Well you did have to do your homework, and you didnt lol ;)
+WORSTXB1PLAYER Tyler Tee H C Lol i did do my homework. It's called the Alien movies and Prometheus. ;)
+WORSTXB1PLAYER Tyler Tee H C Lol i did do my homework. It's called the Alien movies and Prometheus. ;)
I completely disagree with him and you on Alien. He only gave it a 7/10. It deserves a 10/10.
Alien is better but Covenant is disapointed
But that's just my opinion; I do think that there are better films in the franchise but Prometheus and Covenant hold a place in my heart
loved the creatures in the new one. The story was not how I wanted it to go, but loved it and prometheus but A L I E N 79 was the best
Alien has my heart pounding when i watch it, even tho i know what happens. The scares arent forgetful either
*looks at Prometheus*
Hmm...
*looks at Alien: covenant*
Hmm...
*looks at the upcoming Alien: awakening*
I sense a prequel trilogy brewing up.
Ridley Scot: ...
alien and Prometheus is a mirror image of the original two sides of the coin
great video although i would have preferred Alien: Covenant vs Prometheus but still good though
I can't wait for a avp vs avp requiem
I mean, i dont know i only watched a little bit of alien covenant and never watched the original alien but i think i Like alien covenant more because of the Aliens, in terms of story from what i heard the original alien is better
Alien: 10/10
Alien Covenant: 4/10
Alien still a hell of a lot better at scares then pretty much any of the "horror" movies I've seen in the past 10 years
thats weird cause it had 1 scary scene 😂
great review
What did you think of Alien3? Did you know it was directed by David Fincher?
Fan fact 👽 2017 came out the same year as diary of a wimpy kid the long haul
I meant same day
Alien Covenant should be given no points based solely on the stupidity of the characters.
I thought those rules only applied to slasher films, but I guess I could be wrong there. : P
Regarding this movie i learned a new term : in-movie-spoiler
It’s ok that the characters in Covenant were clumsy cos they weren’t scientists they were just colonists
what about both holloween 1978 vs holloween 2018
How old are you buddy, and are you a gamer...? Because anyone saying that the 1st hour of Alien was SOOOO BORING must have a gamers attention span, attuned to not waiting more than 2 minutes for anything before getting bored... your speech pace speaks volumes about that.
Gamers who play RPGs and adventure stories that last over 100 hrs have short attention spans....
Alien may be better but alien covenant is making a sequel in 2019
It's a action movie not a horror film.
Eric which one is better,Alien Covenate or The Predator (2018)
Alien Covenant.
@@EricCarter12 i see why because I watch your predators vs the predator video
Why do you even need to do research to decide which movie is better?
Wait for Godzilla 2019. Which one will it be versing? 1964? Or 2014?
I will be comparing it to Godzilla (2014). Thanks for watching buddy!
Ok I only asked that because well 1964 actually has all the monsters that will be starring in the 2019 version but I guess it's good to do the original 2014 one verses it's sequel
I could potentially mention the 1964 version but the full on comparison will be far more interesting in with the 2014 version.
Liked and subscribed. Keep in touch, Moosya
Thanks Moosya! I hope you enjoy my future content!
this wasnt even a contest Alien is waaaay better than Alien Covenant
Suggestion
Preadator vs Alien Covenant
What would your score for Aliens be?
2017 alien wins because it almost scared me what am I kidding it fuckin scared me
Black panther vs age of Ultron
Ridley Scott also made Alien II. In my oppinion, Alien: Covenant is better than Alien but a worse than Alien II.
+Unseen Comedy No way in hell.
It copies major themes and scenarios form the original for nostalgia bait. And it has a lame protagonist in comparison.
Alien destroys Alien Covenant no contest
I miss Elizabeth Shaw
Wtf. This movie has a better score than guardians of the galaxy?
I love GotG. But whatever I guess...
The pacing you brought up was a HUGE issue w 70s movies and I can’t stand it at all
+Eric Carter
Wow, even the best sci fi movie Alien gets only a 7/10 .... I can see how lowly you think of sci fi movies... or the horror genre in general ...
+88feji Aliens gets a 10/10 for me. The Conjuring movies I rank VERY highly too. Alien was good but too slow for my taste. :/
+Eric Carter
Its the opposite way around for me, Aliens would get a lower score than Alien ... to me Alien is more elegant as a horror genre, there's a great sense of mystery and the unknown when they visited the space jockey grounds, there's a better cast of interesting characters ..
Willy Wonka vs Charlie
What an insult the original, iconic, cosmic horror Alien. Covenant was probably the worst film i've in this year in the theaters.
I think the favourite to least favourite in the Alien and Predator series are:
Prometheus
Covenant
Aliens
Alien vs Predator
Alien
Predator
Predator 2
Alien vs Predator Requiem
Predators
Alien Resurrection
Alien 3
Great video :)
Blackadder5 Thanks buddy. I personally would have enjoyed Prometheus a lot more if the marketing did not trick is into thinking it was going to be something else. Thanks so much for the detailed comment buddy! I really appreciate it!
Yeah, I didn't really get caught up in the hype, as I only started watching the Alien franchise a few years ago. So I knew not to expect any xenos.
I completely disagree with this entire ranking. Originals are the best and they always will be the best.
Can you look at Godzilla Planet of the Monsters????????????
Or aliens
Alien 4 vs alien 3
Or
Alien vs aliens
These are more difficult...
I thought Daniels was a boy
Do alien vs Jason X
There is no competition the 1st alien movie is better, always will be better than that bs excuse for a movie
Aliens vs alien 3
WaylonZilla Aliens
No competition. More like Alien 3 vs AvP. Or Aliens vs Predator 1
Umm i think thats the same movie!
I saw Alien Covenant twice this week and I really dislike it. I don't like anything about Covenant. To me its like one of those landfill islands. Its full of mostly garbage but even it can have some pretty scenery. The CG to me was horrible.
I really think Alien should stop being a movie it just to much.
I am also the oldest of five
Stopped watching after the sigh before he said Prometheus, which is one of the best science fiction films of all time.
MegasTeque Funny
You... you... no, I will not go there...
True, Prometheus is far better than the things they call "sci fi" for the last 15 years ... its grossly underrated ... love Prometheus ..
original is 9999999999% better
I liked Alien 3
+rickdsr Hmm really? What did you like about it?
Alien 3 vs AvP. Who wins?
7 out of 10! No
he did use practical effects most of the time. Jeez people get with it.
covenant was better than alien (don't shoot me)
+SouthPark333Gaming No shots fired. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Thanks for watching and commenting!
SouthPark333Gaming no
Errr maybe no shot fired but I have a large fleshy egg I'd like you to take a closer look at...
Why tho?
SouthPark333Gaming I agree with you bro
Alien covenant was better then even the first one. I liked the action more and the Xenomorph design more.
I don't get it. Alien will always be the best of this franchise. It is more tension filled.
There was action, because the protagonists were retarded. In Alien there was action because the crew was unprepared.
why you comparing Alien covenant to the Rules of fucking Scream ??? LOL You see this is the problem with the people slating this movie. They just don't get it that Ridley is a master, and if its way above you then thats fine, but you cant slate it just because you dont understand the deeper meanings and symbolism deep within. Ridley makes the rules, he don't follow them.
both was garbage
The original Alien? Garbage? You my friend, have extremely poor taste in movies.
Die Wahrheit it wasn't better than aliens
Go to bed Cameron, you are not fooling anyone.
America's Ni6htmare how the fuck does that make it garbage?
No. Alien is one of the greatest masterpieces of science fiction and horror ever made.
