@Bryan Roy I have 3 Cruella versus videos planned. Weather I get them all done is another matter all together. But I am going to try hard to get them done.
Wanna know something mind blowing? Hiroyuki Sanada was 59 during the filming of the film, and did not used stunt doubles. 59 and no doubles. What a legend
No, it's best we don't mention Mortal Kombat 2021: Abomination. That movie is a travesty to Mortal Kombat and martial arts as a whole. A few re Kastings and 5-6 slight changes to the story, making the movie 15 mins longer or so, Annihilation could have been the best MK movie to date 5-6 things that would make MK Annihilation head & Shoulders Above MK 2021 (& possibly above MK 1995) (requires maybe 15 -18 extra minutes max, & a few extra/different Kast members to add in around 4 more fight scenes, while drastically improving all around. This most likely would've had to have Annihilation released in 98 instead, but another year of planning instead of rushing goes a long way). That's why I hate the new movie more than this one because despite being made in 2021, having a fuck ton of more lore & story, directors, actors, martial artists, stunt men & women, technology, martial arts movie to go off of, & most importantly a lot of time to plan this movie out for years and years, playing this whole franchise out for years & years, we somehow get a movie that is even less enjoyable to me & many other fans than Mortal Kombat Annihilation, & it is not even in opinion it is a fact that Annihilation could be fixed with five or six simple things and make it heading shoulders above the new version of Mortal Kombat, & most likely even better than the original movie. Here's what is required for these five things to happen, which is basically adding in a few new cast members, a couple of being swapped out for characters that were already in the movie but it will make for better fight scenes. 1)Paolo Montalbán - Kung Lao 2)Ho Sung Pak as Sektor 3) Wesley Snipes as Baraka 4) Donnie Yen as Smoke 5) Michael Jai White as Ermac 6)Jackie Chan as Bo Rai Cho 1)Add Kung Lao to the story by Kasting Paolo Montalbán as Kung Lao, give Kung Lao the fight vs Ermac while Liu Kang fights Baraka. Basically during the Baraka fight scene, have Baraka getting the upper hand when Ermac comes out to double team him, then have Kung Lao come in and save Liu Kang by soloing Ermac and then Liu Kang & Kung Lao kill Baraka. Then Kung Lao vs Rain in the final fight scene, giving Kung Lao 3 nice wins vs Baraka, Ermac & Rain in the movie, & have Shao Kahn kill Kung Lao to give Liu that animality push. That would have been smarter instead of just killing Johnny Cage for drama, but Linden Ashby didn't return so that might have been a factor too but I'm just saying, there wasn't a real reason to not include Kung Lao then. 2)Give the Cyber Ninjas a larger role in the movie, Sektor specifically. He should have been shown at least by Shao Kahn side in his scenes &, facing Sub Zero at the end instead of getting jobbed out. I do however seeing this being a bit of a problem back then due to time constraints, limited lore back then, & conflicting interests of lore as well (also skipping MK2 & going straight to the invasion sounded more of a cool idea to them since everyone wanted a sequel asap, causing them to rush the story). Basically Kuai Liang would have had to have a showdown with Scorpion, Sektor AND Noob Saibot by movies end. However, I would have liked to see the finish of that Scorpion versus Sub-Zero fight, maybe have Scorpion right on the verge of killing Kuai until Kuai convinced him that he, his brother & clan did not Have anything to do with his family's death. You can have Kung Lao fight Rain, then have Liu Kang start off getting 2v1'd vs Sektor & Noob. Then Scorpion & Sub Zero team up at the end, out of nowhere to help Earthrealm defeat Outworld, & they tell Liu Kang to go fight Shao Kahn, & would justify him losing to Shao due to being drained prior. But we get Kuai Liang vs Sektor (Keith Cooke vs Ho Sung Pak), Scorpion vs Noob Saibot (Chris Cassamasa vs JJ Perry, instead of Sektor falling off a cliff, & Noob & Ermac randomly teamed up at the end lol). 3)Give Sonya an end fight vs Sheeva instead of jobbing her out like that, just have her survive that cage falling on her lol. She fights Noob & Ermac at the same time, & I already fixed that, so her getting to fight Sheeva while Jax fights Motaro makes everything better. 4)A little bit more of lore behind Kitana & Mileena would have been nice, but I would have liked to see a Kitana vs Jade fight as well, & Jade fight with Mileena at least once, either via a clone Mileena or Mileena doesn't get killed in her 1st encounter with Sonya. Mileena & Jade vs Liu Kang & Sonya would have been Kool to see. 5)Let Robin Shou direct all of the action because the best fight of 1995 came when he directed the Liu Kang vs Reptile fight. If not him, you should have called Jackie Chan to direct, or even Isaac Florentine who did WMAC Masters back then as well. Making a few of the fight scenes a bit longer would have helped, especially in the Baraka fight & the end ones. 5 simple things to fix MK Annihilation (aside from removing that 30 second clip of Jax fighting that CGI monster lol!! Swap that with a 50 second cameo from Bo Rai Cho & we good) Imagine a few more of the awesome fights we could have gotten Robin Shou vs Donnie Yen (Liu Kang vs Smoke) Robin Shou vs Michael Jai White (Liu Kang vs Baraka) Robin Shou vs Wesley Snipes & MJW (Liu Kang vs Baraka & Ermac) Robin Shou vs JJ Perry & Ho Sung Pak (Liu Kang vs Noob Saibot & Sektor) Paolo Montalbán vs Michael Jai White (Kung Lao vs Ermac) Robin Shou & Paolo Montalbán vs Wes (Liu Kang & Kung Lao vs Baraka) JJ Perry vs Chris Cassamasa (Noob Saibot vs Scorpion) Keith Cooke vs Ho Sung Pak (Sub Zero vs Sektor) Then Kung Lao vs Rain, then have him attempt to fight Shao Kahn alone. The thing about these fights that would make it a step up from the last movie is you get a bunch of 1 v 1 fights, 1 vs 2 fights & a 1 v 3 fight as well. MK Annihilation Kast (Redo) Kast Robin Shou as Liu Kang (+2-4 mins) Talissa Soto as Kitana Sandra Hess as Sonya Blade (+1 min) Christopher Lambert as Raiden Paolo Montalbán as Kung Lao (10-12mins) Lynn Williams as Jax Litefoot as Nightwolf Keith Cooke as Sub Zero/Cyrax (+5mins) Chris Cassamasa as Scorpion (+5mins) Brian Thompson as Shao Kahn (+1min) Musetta Vander as Sindel Ho Sung Pak as Sektor (plus 5 mins) JJ Perry as Noob Saibot (+2mins) Donnie Yen as Smoke (+1min) Michael Jai White as Ermac (+ 1-2mins) Tyrone Wiggins as Rain Wesley Snipes as Baraka (+2 min) Dan Hee as Mileena (+1-2mins) Irina Pantaeva as Jade (+2min) Deron McBee as Motaro Marjean Holden as Sheeva Linden Ashby as Johnny Cage *Adoni Maropis as Quan Chi *Willem Dafoe as Shinnok
@@the9der352 Are u ok in the head? The ZSJL was a marked improvement on the original monstrosity. However, that's it all it was. A decent movie that alleviated some key issues. It certainly couldn't have been much worse. The first Avengers movie completely revolutionised the superhero team up concept. Very few films have come close to it's execution. The character interactions, the memorable set pieces, a great villain and it was the perfect way to bring the all these disparate heroes together.
I'm going to have to give it to 1995 because it actually has a genuine story that makes sense along with the main character actually making sense. Also the casting was much better in compared to the 2021 movie.
@@Kami.Asura000 they both kinda suck. Raidens race isn’t ever specified but it’s believed that he’s descended from East Asia. That’s why I appreciate the 2021 version more.
@@excaliburknives3572 The 1995 didn't try to take himself seriously and was more comedic and likable which is why I like him better, 2021 was just trying to hard to be some serious overlord and kinda sucked at his job
I did not know that Scorpion was the main character of the series and that Cole is an OC I am not a fan of that. I prefer a faithful adaptation in most cases So yeah I agree with you.
Ken Watanabe would have been a better SHANG TSUNG than Chin Han. And no I wouldn't have like that, probably would've made the movie a1/10 instead of 3 or 4
Damn the effort put into this video is truly mind blowing! You're EASILY one of the most underrated UA-camrs I know! Truly incredible videos you make! The amount of effort put in....I cannot even FATHOM to imagine just how much time was dedicated! These videos are just so good! I loved every single second of it! Personally, I would give the 2021 Mortal Kombat a 6/10 but I understand your critiques. I do prefer it over the original 1995 movie by a little. Oh btw, don't worry, I did like this video on all of my accounts to ensure I do my part in making sure this video gets recommended in UA-cam's algorithm as you 100% without a shadow of a doubt and beyond ANY QUESTION deserve it more than most content creators out there!! Amazing work Eric!
*9 PROS AND CONS OF 2021’s & 1995’s MK:* *9. The 1995 Film Had A Better Shang Tsung* The Shang Tsung of the 2021 film is lifeless and wooden, with very little expression and backstory to play off of. Even in comparison to the video games, the character is lacking. In comparison, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa's performance in the 1995 film is far more nuanced and expressive. Tagawa injected a certain level of wicked charm and charisma into the character's sinister malevolence, and the result was a far more compelling and entertaining antagonist. *8. The 2021 Film Had Blood, Gore & Fatalities* Yes, it could be argued whatever passed for fatalities in the 1995 film was good enough, but this would be a lie. That movie had barely any blood to speak of, which was a major drawback considering the controversial nature of the video game series at that time. 2021 brings full-scale graphic violence to the Mortal Kombat cinematic world, and it works right out of the box. Its desensitized fanbase might not be screaming their appreciation from the rooftops, but they do agree the introduction of blood, guts and fatalities feels right. *7. The 1995 Film Was Larger & More Adventurous In Scope* One of the biggest criticisms of the 2021 film is just how small in scale the story really is. There's no gigantic tournament to be had, no massive pool of fighters, and no epic martial arts bouts with hundreds of cheering spectators in the background. This is a movie about Earth's lackluster warriors forced to get it together, or face the chop at the hands of Shang Tsung and his gang. The 1995 film was a full-fledged adventure story that took the characters to a strange land, introduced them to a new world, and forced them to adapt. It also focused heavily on the tournament, as opposed to the warmup session that was the 2021 film. *6. The 2021 Film Doesn't Cater To Kids* Mortal Kombat's target audience began at the 14-year-old range; this was a game made for older kids who were thoroughly invested in rebelling against their parents by playing an ultra-violent video game. It's just that simple. Now, those kids are all grown up and still remain fans. Nevertheless, the 2021 Mortal Kombat film isn't out to embrace the underage demographic. It's full of innuendo, crude language and visceral bloodletting, and it does it all without attempting to court a wider audience. It's R-rated for a reason. Take it or leave it. *5. The 1995 Film Features All The Original Characters* Character introduction and development was a big problem in the 2021 film, with many key characters like Liu Kang getting slotted into the nosebleed section to make room for characters like Cole, who were completely unwelcome. This is one of the biggest Achilles Heel moments of the movie. The 1995 film, however, stuck close to its source material. Liu Kang, Sonya Blade and Johnny Cage were the principal protagonists alongside Raiden. The story was about them, and how they came together to beat an overwhelming force. To omit Johnny Cage in the 2021 film was a major mistake, and no final act sequel hint is big enough to undo that. *4. The 2021 Film Has Much Better Visual Effects* This one comes as no surprise, given the massive leaps in CGI and visual effects technology since 1995. At the time, Mortal Kombat was delivering some astonishing visuals, some of which still hold up today. Unfortunately, there's a CGI Reptile that can't be unseen, as well as a number of dodgy effects and poor 3D modeling. The differences in how both films handle Goro are night and day, as well. 2021 Mortal Kombat has the edge when it comes to visuals, and it isn't close. The current CGI playbook can easily craft anything the human imagination can conjure up, and it'll be interesting to see how a potential sequel leverages this as it moves forward. *3. The 1995 Film Had A Much Better Liu Kang* One of the biggest annoyances of the 2021 film is how the character of Liu Kang was handled. He's supposed to be the principal hero of the story, yet he's relegated to second class status by the time the credits roll. His only claim to fame is an Animality that ends up overshadowing his character. Robin Shou portrayed Liu Kang in the 1995 film, and to much better effect. He felt more believable, more charismatic, and far more integral to the story. His rivalry with Shang Tsung was also a major focus, while the 2021 film tries to set up a future beef by sacrificing a key character at the end of the middle act. *2. The 2021 Film Had A Better Sonya* Actress Cameron Diaz was reportedly filming Mortal Kombat before she suffered an injury forcing her to drop out. Actress Bridgette Wilson stepped in to fill the role, but it felt like just as much of a mismatch, right from the start. Wilson didn't look the part, nor could she really muster the toughness required for such a character. In the end, she became a damsel in distress. Jessica McNamee played Sonya in the 2021 film, and to much better effect. She felt grounded, believable and right for the role. The character isn't perfect, particularly when it comes to how she gets her chosen status, but she's a marked improvement over her cinematic predecessors. *1. The 1995 Film Had A Better Soundtrack* It may seem odd to give an advantage to a film based on its music, but longtime Mortal Kombat fans know just how important that iconic soundtrack really is. "Techno Syndrome" is forever tied to the Mortal Kombat franchise as a key sonic component of the film's success, and it's impossible not to feel the energy whenever it's played. The 1995 soundtrack also leveraged tracks from such notable acts as Traci Lords, KMFDM, Orbital and Fear Factory by marrying them into scenes from the film. This went a long way to creating a sense of emotion and excitement that just wasn't there in the 2021 film.
The only thing I disagreed with is #2 Sonya was one of the low points of the movie and I liked 1995 Sonya better, along with the Kano and Sonya rivalry better in the original.
As an artist myself, I absolutely hate the fact that studios are not letting directors create their intended visions with the help of talented people. Instead, they just play safe and lazily build off properties that started off as risks and works of great talent.
Agreed that's why the movies I grew up with are a lot more memorable especially the shows I grew up with like The A-Team, Knight Rider and Doctor Who (The David Tennant era particularly season 2).
I started to agree with Paul Joseph Watson and Donald Glover when it comes to Western entertainment. But the only Japanese content I like is Death Note but Japanese games are fire like Devil may cry, Ninja Gaiden, Bayonetta, most nintendo games, Final fantasy 7 original and remake, Street Fighter 5, Marvel vs Capcom 2, I could go on.
Hey,Eric great review! Your such an underrated channel,I also feel like now each of your videos are better than the last. A question, are you gonna review falcon & the winter soldier and what do you think of it?
Thanks. ☺️ Yes I am going to review Falcon and The Winter Soldier. I am working on the video right now. If all goes to plan it should be released in a few days.
Awesome Video of Eric Carter of the Mortal Kombat movies. Honestly, I’m not a huge fan of the Mortal Kombat Series especially the gore and violence all over, it feels like I’m watching an unknown episode of Jurassic Fight Club and Monsters Resurrected but more violence than ever. Also, Great job comparing the 2 Martel Kombat movies, Eric and keep it up.
Lol I didn't think anyone would look at the playlist. Just keep it a secret for the meantime. And I will publish the video either today, tomorrow or the day after. And by the way, I hope you enjoyed the video. ;)
@@EricCarter12 I wasn’t expecting you to give the 1995 movie a way higher score you were speaking so highly about it except for cgi and humor i was expecting you to at least give a 7 or a 8 out of 10 but that me only nickpit with the video
Yeah the 1995 is better than the 2021 film it has more charm, characters from the actual game, easy plot to follow, there are more likable characters, and better fights. The 2021 movie has stupid explanation like the arcain for the abilities, fights had no weight, disrespected the characters, and for the love of god Cole Young is the worse
1995 anyday. The 2021 film was bland, generic, and lifeless starring an original main character which even a piece of bland toast had more personality then him. The 1995 had the energy and goofy tone we saw in the games, plot actually being about the tournament and characters with actual personality.
If you’ve seen Cruella, what are your thoughts? If you haven’t, tbh a lot of people have mixed feelings about it, but I loved it, it was over the top, and the 70s time period with the music really adds to the film. It was fun.
If their gonna make a Sequel to the 2021 movie Then I will feel so sorry for you when you Vs the sequel to the 2021 Movie against Mortal Kombat Annihilation.
5:50 First of all, why are you ranting AGAIN on the MCU on a video not related to the MCU, but you're clearly missing the point of that scene. Hawkeye wasn't trying to be funny, he was calming down Scarlet Witch, who at the time was the youngest of the Avengers (not counting Vision), and you can even hear his exhaustion in his voice, as if he's already getting sick of all of this. Sorry, just a thought. By the way, at least to me, the 6:33 joke isn't too far off from an MCU joke
@@the9der352 Wandavision was meant to be a sitcom. The comedy of 50s and 60s and even 70s were meant to be cringe and non laughable because we are not living in 50s or 70s.
The only character I didn’t like was Raiden. Total jerk, didn’t even help Cole with his arcana, and even discourage his champions. Raiden should’ve been helping them, instead of just talking back to them of how pathetic they are. If he was looking for warriors, he should’ve gone fro himself.
The coreography in the 2021 version is decent but the editting is often horrendous which pretty much destroys some of the fights. The 1995 version doesn't have this problem and the flow, framing and intensity is overall better because of it (even with the lack of blood). Speaking of blood, I find it curious that we never actually see any during the fights, only when somebody is killed or finished, which is hard to not think about once you've noticed it and a quite strange decision made by the director. The atmosphare, tone, set design, sinergy, music (which you didn't really mention), overall practicality, and the actuall inclusion of a tournament, all those parts are superior in the original. Sub-Zero and Kano are the two saving grace's of the new movie, a movie that could and should had been better.
I agree with you for the most part. When any characters in the original use their special move the action grinds down to show the impact. Case in point Johnny punching Goro in the nads. Funny don’t get me wrong but the action just stops.
Just wanted to point out, in the original movie there is blood, when Liu punches Shang during the films final battle. This is because the actor actually hit him, causing him to bleed in the scene.
Thanks. Sorry buddy but I won't be. I have other versus videos that take priority and I won't have time to do A Quiet Place 2. I might do a review of it when I see it but that's it.
This is an amazing well edited video with a great comparison and it's very entertaining I have an idea why dont u compare the worst film in the dark knight trilogy vs the best film in the mcu Example: winter soldier vs dark knight rises
Kano didn't have a lazer in his eye until Mortal Kombat 3 which released in 1995. The original mortal kombat movie had already been filmed by that point. In the original mortal kombat game Kano threw a dagger from his boot. Kano was not in mortal kombat 2, and in mortal kombat 3, his eye lazer was a fatality, not a move he could just do. He also turned into a giant tarantula and ate his opponent as a finisher. Do with that info what you will, but I'm glad they didn't include that in the movie either.
@@EricCarter12 they are actually really really good. It’s like if Invader Zim and Billy and Mandy were allowed to be rated R. Richard Horvitz (who originally did the voice for Zim and Billy) even voices one of the main characters in Helluva Boss.

I'm glad buddy. No I don't think I will be. I have talked about Mortal Kombat Scorpion towards the end of my versus video. I don't really need to do a deep dive into the movie as I already mentioned the big stuff.
@@EricCarter12 oh my goodness crazy how I am asking about scorpion’s revenge when the sequel’s trailer battle of the realms has just been released have you seen it yet? It looks spectacular!!!
Mileena and Nitara would’ve been cool if they showed them attack the monks at Raiden’s temple. I wish Goro just had a cameo like fight Cole for a bit and kidnap his wife and child (like Goro would be saved for the sequel for the tournament.)
I would say I like Mortal Kombat 2021 better. It's not a great movie, but the action, special effects, and gore are fantastic and 1995 definitely didn't have that. But at least they're both better than Mortal Kombat Annihilation. Great video.

@@alvyntan7420 The politics aren't as bad as I have seen in a lot of other stuff. But it's the story, pacing and motivations and payoffs that really are the biggest problems this show has. I'll expand more in my video.
Like On One hand both Godzilla vs Kong and Mortal Kombat both were studio interference. But on the Other Hand WW1984 the director had creative control over the movie and it still turned out bad. Do you prefer Studio interference or let the director have creative control? Because even though the director may have full control that doesn’t automatically mean it’s gonna be a good movie?
Johnny Cage is the best character from the Mortal Kombat series as far as personality goes and the fact they didn’t have him in the new movie was the biggest disappointment.
On Polish HBOGO those films, Godzilla vs Kong and Mortal Kombat had nearly the same promoting pictures :D Two halfes of page with two faces of opponents in fire vs ice estetique.
I will give credit where credit is due the mk 2021 subzero is way better because they establish that he is too powerful for half of the fights in the movie he beats jax, lui kang, cole, and kills scorpion in the first fight and the heros did say they were gonna work together to kill him. So if you are a subzero fan your gonna like this movie alittle more. My favorite character is subzero. In the movie it's kano
Here's the thing: Sub-Zero is made out to be even more powerful than the 9x MK champion. I get that he's a fan fave, but why would anybody do that? Especially if it's a video game adaptation.

1)Paolo Montalbán - Kung Lao
2)Ho Sung Pak as Sektor

Swap that with a 50 second cameo from Bo Rai Cho & we good) Imagine a few more of the awesome fights we could have gotten
Robin Shou vs Donnie Yen
(Liu Kang vs Smoke)
Robin Shou vs Michael Jai White
(Liu Kang vs Baraka)
Robin Shou vs Wesley Snipes & MJW
(Liu Kang vs Baraka & Ermac)
Robin Shou vs JJ Perry & Ho Sung Pak
(Liu Kang vs Noob Saibot & Sektor)
Paolo Montalbán vs Michael Jai White
(Kung Lao vs Ermac)
Robin Shou & Paolo Montalbán vs Wes
(Liu Kang & Kung Lao vs Baraka)
JJ Perry vs Chris Cassamasa
(Noob Saibot vs Scorpion)
Keith Cooke vs Ho Sung Pak
(Sub Zero vs Sektor)
Then Kung Lao vs Rain, then have him attempt to fight Shao Kahn alone.
The thing about these fights that would make it a step up from the last movie is you get a bunch of 1 v 1 fights, 1 vs 2 fights & a 1 v 3 fight as well.

With the exception of raiden.
@@excaliburknives3572 Are you implying 2021 Raiden is better, because that's far from the truth

@@EricCarter12 no problem man! Keep up the astonishing work! Can't wait to see what more there is to come!
*9 PROS AND CONS OF 2021’s & 1995’s MK:*
*9. The 1995 Film Had A Better Shang Tsung*
The Shang Tsung of the 2021 film is lifeless and wooden, with very little expression and backstory to play off of.
*8. The 2021 Film Had Blood, Gore & Fatalities*
Yes, it could be argued whatever passed for fatalities in the 1995 film was good enough, but this would be a lie.
*7. The 1995 Film Was Larger & More Adventurous In Scope*
One of the biggest criticisms of the 2021 film is just how small in scale the story really is.
*6. The 2021 Film Doesn't Cater To Kids*
Mortal Kombat's target audience began at the 14-year-old range; this was a game made for older kids who were thoroughly invested in rebelling against their parents by playing an ultra-violent video game.
*5. The 1995 Film Features All The Original Characters*
Character introduction and development was a big problem in the 2021 film, with many key characters like Liu Kang getting slotted into the nosebleed section to make room for characters like Cole, who were completely unwelcome.
*4. The 2021 Film Has Much Better Visual Effects*
This one comes as no surprise, given the massive leaps in CGI and visual effects technology since 1995.
*3. The 1995 Film Had A Much Better Liu Kang*
One of the biggest annoyances of the 2021 film is how the character of Liu Kang was handled.
*2. The 2021 Film Had A Better Sonya*
Actress Cameron Diaz was reportedly filming Mortal Kombat before she suffered an injury forcing her to drop out.
*1. The 1995 Film Had A Better Soundtrack*
It may seem odd to give an advantage to a film based on its music, but longtime Mortal Kombat fans know just how important that iconic soundtrack really is.
I agree with just about everything you said.
So this is how it feels like reading a book
The only thing I disagreed with is #2 Sonya was one of the low points of the movie and I liked 1995 Sonya better, along with the Kano and Sonya rivalry better in the original.
Cassie cage
I was just about to comment the same thing:
1995 film: The Best Liu Kang, & Shang Tsung
2021 film: The Best Scorpion , Sub Zero, Raiden, and Kano...
@@themasterofgaming4149 There is a lot a great Japanese content, both old and new

Small correction, Liu Kang does say "Fatality" in the 2021 movie, right after finishing Kabal. The line goes "Fatality. For Kung Lao".

It was fun.

Let’s go been waiting for you to come back
The coreography in the 2021 version is decent but the editting is often horrendous which pretty much destroys some of the fights.
Wish the guy who made the original went on to make better movies instead of the sequel, the RE movies, and that shitty monster hunter movie

I’ve been a sub fan since I was little, I think they did him well
Here's the thing: Sub-Zero is made out to be even more powerful than the 9x MK champion. I get that he's a fan fave, but why would anybody do that? Especially if it's a video game adaptation.
@@Ticketman99 in the original timeline bi han beats scorpion twice, Quan chie, Fugin, an elder god, goro, and subzero 2. In the NRS timeline he loses every fight. So I was happy he was no ot a jobber this time.
@@havenofearjoshishere7877 This movie is neither the Midway nor NRS timeline.
Yes, it's good that Bi-Han and Hanzo were handled better...but at the expense/sacrifice of LITERALLY EVERYONE ELSE not named Cole "Alice Hasashi" Young? Really?
Speaking of action movies, what are your thoughts on Mad Max Fury Road?
What’s your rating of scorpions revenge?
probably an 8, or a 9/10
Will you be doing Spider-Man 3 versus Spider-Man no way home when that comes out?
He said he will.
