- Here's our step by step process of how we clean rugs. Of course not every rug is treated equally but this is a general example of the system we do. Rug Cleaning starts a minute 4:19.
We clean oriental rugs, synthetic rugs, do pet urine removal, and much more!

Do wool fibers shrink or felt from washing? How do you mitigate the negative effects of washing wool? Do some types of wool wash better than others?

What kind of deodorizer are you using? As in brand
What is your process when cleaning rug pad? Is it the same as rug cleaning? I've never had a customer ask me to clean their pad.
We personally only clean thicker rug padding because the thin ones can get damaged during the agitation process. Cleaning rug padding is fairly simple!
1. Add water and your cleaning solution
2. Agitation (CRB, Rotary machine, hand brush, etc)
3. Pressure wash
4. Hang up padding so it can dry
