Winter Foraging and Yoga in the Snow

In the dead of winter it's easy to feel like there's no life and nothing happening beneath the snow. But in this video I take you with me on a little foraging adventure in the woods. After a quick yoga session in the snow I explain a few of the plants that I know can be harvested mid-winter and what to look for.
