Just crossed 5,000 miles today on my red 2024 Si today. This car brings so much joy to my life. People may complain about the power, but to me, it's enough to have fun. I love the handling, the chassis, the ergonomics, the manual shifter, the clutch, and classic Honda focus on light weight and overall balance (weighs 2,950 lbs; unheard of in 2024).
Thanks for the comment & feedback! Congrats on your Si, it’s really a great car! Red is an awesome color too! If you haven’t seen it already, we just put up a review of the refreshed 2025 Si in Rally Red! Hope you subbed to come back for more!

I bought my twenty two s I in december. Now has thirty thousand miles on it. By far it's not the fastest car out there, but every time I get in.It it's so much fun to drive. I love the transmission.
@Drive_Culture White of course. That car only comes with one Interior. Personally I think white is the best. I also have the h p d package installed. And blacked out the honda badge in the front and rear and also civic is blacked out on the rear.
Had a 2018 10th gen si and I greatly enjoyed that car. With that said it was lacking much needed power. Even after being full bolt on still was missing a lil something. Ended up trading it for a integra type s and as much as I miss the si, I can honestly the type s is everything I wanted the si to be
Thanks for the comment & feedback! Also, congrats on the ITS! What color combo did you get? Also, just out of curiosity, why did you choose the ITS over a CTR? (Which could also be seen as a logical step up from Si)

I have a 24 black Si as well. 1060 miles so far and with my commute I average 44.5 mpg 37 miles of 55mph one way. Can’t complain. The shifter is great and plenty easy to pass if you need to. Not a hellcat. But it’s not a geo metro either lol
I have this exact car, and I'm also a professional painter. There is pearl in the paint, though it is very hard to see. Has to be clean and sunny. Otherwise, you'd never know. In fact, I didn't know until last weekend, and I've had the car over a month. The proof is in the name of the color. Also im not a race boy so i may do some mods but i didn't buy this car to race but it sure is fun to drive.
Thanks for the comment & feedback! Yes, I misspoke and there is pearl in the paint and as you mentioned it’s pretty hard to see! Congrats on your Si, it really is a lot of fun to drive 👍🏾
Great review! I have had my SGP exactly 1 year now. Still look forward to driving it every day. I paid MSRP + $299 for tint as the only accessory. $32.5k OTD. Took me awhile to find that deal because most other dealerships in my area wanted $3-$5k above MSRP plus $1-5K of accessories. My only wish is they would offer the Si in a hatchback. I know the Acura Integra is basically an Si hatchback, but the manual option is only offered in the highest trim, which is about $37k.
Wow! Thanks a lot for the comment & feedback! It seems you got a great deal & an awesome color! And I totally hear you on a Si hatchback, there’s several others here on the channel that said the same thing. Let us know if you’d like to see other cars from this segment reviewed!
I ended up WIth the Forte GT because I got a great deal. With that said I test drove the wrx, jetta gli, civic SI and a couple other cars in the same class. Of all of them, my 1 and 2 were the Frote GT and the SI. They were pretty much neck and neck for me. This car was fun and snappy, manual was a must for me and it was super smooth and responsive. I would encourage anyone to pick this up, but I also encourage you to give the 6 speed Forte GT a chance before you do.
Really pleasant review to watch - thank you! (I just bought a 2024 Si). Only real issue is the amount of tire roar in the cabin above 60 mph. Super loud!
I drove a white model that the dealership had available. I ended chosing a black one lol. I took your advice on the color 😅. Definitely enjoyed the content keep up the great content!
Thanks for the comment! Yeah that car is also a lot of fun to drive, you really don’t need a ton of power. I was planning on doing a Civic Sport review too, so come back when that drops!
Just found your channel today. Another cool black car-youtuber, awesome. Got an 11th gen Si last year, and it's been the best car I've ever owned, and it makes me giggle, highly fuel economical(i buy 91- premium($70 CAD for a full tank that lasts almost a week+), and still practical to lug friends and carry big electronics from BestBuy etc in the boot space. I used to call it the best "compromise," as it's not as powerful as the 4-door more expensive Type-R that I truly wanted or the cute Toyota GR86 sports coupe, which i also considered. I like the word you used "sweetspot", and I think I'd update my vocabulary and start calling my Si the "perfect sweetspot" for me, as I have the Canadian fully-packed spec that has heated seats and steering wheel, LED shift lights, fully digital dash, fog lights, that even the almost twice the price Type-R lacks, and in Canada, trust me, those kind of features aren't cosmetic, they are life savers and more than a mere convenience. The only gripe is I wish it had about 60-75hp more to wipe the WRX's behind, had a deeper exhaust note, and a gear counter on the dash to remind you what gear you're currently on, as the Type-R packs. But for < $40K CAD, it's the mature enthusiast's daily and family car all in one.
Wow! Thanks for the kind words! Appreciate the comment & detailed feedback too! Yes, the Canada spec definitely has some great features that a lot of US buyers would love to have. BTW, what color Si did you get? Any mods or keeping it stock? Thanks again for supporting the channel, hope you come back for more!
@@Drive_Culture Not a problem, man. Mines' in Sonic Grey Pearl(SGP). First non-black car I've bought, too, and it really shows all the design lines and that distinct honeycomb grille outline properly. For now, I'd be keeping it stock so the warranty stays on for a bit, but I will consider modding some years down the line, maybe when the warranty is up. I'd also love to see the comparison review videos of the 2024 ElantraN, GR Corolla Circuit, Type R, GR86, Golf GTI/R & Type-R to this Si too, to know the best enthusiast car you can get in the
My 2018 si had the summer tires on it when purchased. Goodyear Eagle F1’s I got 60 thousand miles out of those bad boys. Even the tire tech was surprised when i replaced them.
I love the way the car looks but IMO for a little bit more, thanks to markups, and scarcity, the integra is a better value, or for going fast, the Elantra N
Thanks for the comment & feedback! Yeah the ADM does no favors that’s for sure. Let us know if you’d like to see a review of the Elantra N on the channel!
Thanks for the comment & feedback! That’s not my private vehicle, but yes, I’ve seen the recalls that have been announced. Hope you subbed to come back for more!
About time they made one that's not God ugly. I always liked them mechanically but could never get over the looks. I wouldnt even call it a sports car tbh. It's a logical car. Manual, 4cyl with good mpg, it'll last a while, it's a little fun, the price is right, and it doesn't look like a little kid car like the last gen or the type r
I'm really digging my Integra Type S. Don't think I could buy an Si. One of my previous cars was the Civic Sport Touring hatch. I really liked it. I ended up selling it as someone in the factory wet sanded and buffed through the clear coat in one place to correct a paint defect.
Thanks for the comment & detailed feedback. What color combo did you go for on your ITS? Curious about that paint defect, you sure it came from the factory? Quality checks usually prevent that stuff, could’ve been done during PDI at the dealer?
i’m fairly certain that was from the factory. You could see where there was a blemish and where the sand marks were. That’s where the clear was overly removed. It was on the roof rail above the drivers side window. Even I didn’t notice it for a few months. On the Integra I have the Platinum White Pearl with the red interior trim.
Would be very nice to see the Honda Civic SI spec, the same as Canada with a heated steering wheel and heated seats and the digital display and adjustable lower lumbar support would be amazing.
Great review. The is a great lil fun car even better with a little bit of aftermarket goodies;) if you can’t get the Type R, this is a great lil brother. Like what you mentioned the seats a great and the are some hidden Civic type r suspension components on the car which explains why the car handles so well. The only negative is that Canada market gets the fog lights and led shift lights which is a bummer for the U.S. market. Also who wouldn’t mind another 40-50 hp. But overall a great car!
Thanks for the comment & detailed feedback! I completely agree with you. Yes it seems that there’s a lot of people that want some of the extra features from the Canada spec. Of course, more power is good, but I wonder if bringing it closer to Type R will affect people who would normally step up?
Thanks for the comment & feedback. Yeah I totally agree, value is a big part of its appeal & ADM ruins that. If you haven’t already, we also have the Integra videos on the channel for you to watch!
I just bought a low mileage Integra 6MT for $33k before tax AND the dealer add-ons already included in the price. Most Si's in my area were more expensive, even with 20k+ miles.
Thanks for the comment & great feedback! Man, Sonic Gray Pearl on this car must look great! Good work on getting the ADM down to just that, it seems to still be high in most places.
Thanks for the comment & feedback! The 2025 just came out, and while it has some nice updates, it doesn’t include those. Let us know if you want to see a review on the channel!
The Elantra N retails for 32.7k here in the US. It's faster, and comes with performance tires, better warranty, and more tech. All for 3k more, and no mark ups. Not to mention the engine makes a lot more power stock, and modified (part per part).
@@Drive_Culture got it in black. I test drove the maverick and an Accord. The SI was out of stock at that time and the maverick was more comfortable and powerful than the Accord. Not to mention a bit more practical
the new Si in North Shore Pearl would be super cool and would be like a throwback to the early 90s EF Civic's Tahitian Green Pearl and DB2 Integra's Aztec Green Pearl... but too bad realistically maybe only like 5 people these days would choose a Si in NSP lol :(
Thanks for the comment & feedback! I actually totally agree, that would be a great color on a “sporty” type of car like the Si or even (dare I say it) the Type R!? But yeah, the general public wouldn’t buy it, so maybe a limited edition? 🤣
They really should have carried over the red door inserts in the back seat for better cohesiveness between the front and back. I can't imagine it would have costed that much extra.
Once you see how the Canadian markets civic is optioned versus the US market civic, it’s quite depressing and hard to almost pull the trigger on the USA Civic!
Thanks for the comment & feedback! Yeah doing a straight exchange rate calculation it doesn’t pan out. Looking at the car’s price in each country against the competitors and it doesn’t seem as bad as you might think.
Had the 2024 si it was good with 40mpg, nice gearbox lsd . Just sucked it looked like an average civic , super stuff seats , not enough power , same cluster as the sport although the needle is red. For msrp its a great fun car with good mpg
Nice! Thank you for the comment & feedback! What color was your Si? We also just put up a review on the updated 2025 Si, so check that out if you haven’t already! Hope you subbed to come back for more!
For 30-40k you can get a used car for that money in good condition and still have money left over. You can get an s2k,a type R, frs/brz 2013-2018 for under 10k. F80/2 M car, CTS V, corvette, mustang 5.0. So many options much more better than a new Si
@@Drive_Culture Against my better judgement, I bought the type R in black. I sort of wish I took a closer look at the VW R first as it's more upscale interior wise, is quicker and has all wheel drive, but I think I'll like the better Honda drive train's stock performance and reliability... and there is no better transmission for sure.
Theres just no way i can justify this car when i can get a mk7 gti for less money, more power, dsg, hatchback, better engine, better transmission, better interior. I got friends that have 100k miles on their gtis with is38 turbo upgrades on stock engine and transmission.
Thanks for the comment & feedback! It’s always tough to compare a new car to a used one. I think you can always find a better bargain with used if that’s your desire!
@@Drive_Culture well u dont need to compare used to new as they are similarly priced. Think about it. How can anyone justify paying the same money but get less of everything. Not trying to knock you. I had a 19 si and should have bought the gti. It just can't compete at all. The only thing the si has is better fuel economy which goes out the windows after new owners realize how bad the stock tune is and go purchase a tune.
@@Drive_Culture what's even more sad is the mk8 gti is a couple grand more and will make 400whp with a downpipe and FULL e85. U dont even need to spend a dime On a fuel system. On the si you will blow the car up trying to hit that power level and spend thousands more fixing it.
There is no adjustable suspension in the current Gen. I'd rather buy the 11th Gen and get the adjustable suspension. Why did Honda abandon this crucial part of the new SI? No sale here!!!
Thanks for the comment. The Civic is currently in the 11th gen and yes it dropped the adaptive dampers on the Si, which are now only available on the Type R. Otherwise there’s the Integra Tech A-Spec which comes with the adaptive dampers.
Have a civic sport and that handles really well balanced chassis SI is a great car test drove one to as well Honda killed it this gen with the redesign and upscale look
@@Drive_Culture I don't mind it some certain colors, on others I really don't like it though. But they're so fun to drive that I can almost get past it. I definitely prefer the styling of the civic, I just wish they still offered it in a coupe!
Many people will disagree with me but the Si is Honda's worst vehicle in my opinion. I may be in the minority when it comes to this but I can't stand how these cars drive. The rev hang is absolutely horrible. I had a 2020 Si Coupe for about 2 and a half years and it was horrible to drive because of the rev hang. I did disable it with Hondata for a little bit and the car did drive better with it disabled but you shouldn't have to pay almost 1300$ for a tuner to disable something that shouldn't even be there in the first place. I have a 2023 WRX now and that car is better than the Si in every way to me. The way the WRX drives is how the Si should've drove. I really wanted to love the Si but I just couldn't because of that issue. It drove me nuts. It really sucks that Honda did that to these cars because without the rev hang, these would be amazing cars. The rev hang unfortunately ruins them for me.
Thanks for the comment & detailed feedback! I’ve heard of people complain of the rev hang with this 1.5T, but never a flat out rejection reason! I hear you though and ultimately, it’s a free country, so everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Hope you continue to enjoy your WRX! I’ll have to see if I get one on the channel soon!
Thanks for the comment & feedback! The Si has never had 208hp, so it definitely hasn’t lost 8hp, since it sits at 200hp now. Also, let’s not forget this gen Si with its turbo engine has more torque than the NA engine in the older Si.
Really nice job on the review! But in the grand scheme of affordable sport sedans, it’s underpowered and overpriced (with the markups). I do love the styling, and the fuel economy is superb I’m sure, but value wise it’s just not there. I bought an Elantra N. It’s the true performance value in the segment. You should definitely review one!
Wow! Thanks for the comment & feedback! To be fair, we just started in January 2024, so hopefully this is just the beginning! Appreciate the support 👍🏾
Thanks for the comment! Yeah it’s pretty much the case for most modern manual cars. It’s not a deal breaker for me, as you also gain “brake hold” function with an EPB!
@@Drive_Culture I am on the market for the manual. As somebody that works for honda, I’ve driven both cars! Once I find the right one I’ll definitely buy it.
@Drive_Culture I found a porsche cayman S, for $25,000, 60,000 miles. The Honda I was looking @ was $27,000....W/ 19,000 miles. What would you choose? I also own a Honda. They're great cars, but it's not even comparable for the $. Used, they're in the same price range. Hell, I even found a BMW Z4 3.0 W/ 60,000 miles, granted, a 2006, but for $13,000, it has more horsepower, is a convertible, & all you have to do is install an aftermarket Bluetooth radio. Still cheaper than a Honda. It ended up selling the next day, before I could buy it. .It's not going to be my daily driver, other car is paid off, so it makes sense. I wouldn't be buying a Honda for $27,000. BMW was $12,600. Let's say out the door, it's $15,000. That's a $12,000 difference. That $12,000 would nearly have the BMW paid off, while W/ the Honda, you'd still owe $15,000. Not worth it.
Thanks for the comment & feedback! As a +14 year veteran at Honda, I can tell you that it stands for “Sport Injection.” Sorry if I over use words, I don’t script anything & do it all by memory often in 1 long take! Anyway, here’s the history on Si… For more than three decades, Honda models wearing little red Si badges have been among the most affordable and fun machines on American roads. Short for "sport injection" but really just a marketing term for fuel injection, the moniker first emerged in the mid-1980s when most Hondas were still carbureted. Enhanced with fuel injection, the Si's tiny engines had the extra power needed to set them apart. In 1985, the sleek CRX hatchback and the pretty Prelude coupe became the first Si models to reach our shores, with a Si-badged Civic hatch following soon after. Honda would go on to build Si variants of the del Sol targa and even a Civic sedan.
Thanks for the comment & feedback. I wouldn’t say the car is slow though, it’s definitely fun to drive too. Of course, the extra weight in any car will make it slower.
Half the things you said are just categorically wrong. Yes it’s slow, and yes it has poor hp compared to performance sports cars. To say the engine is not reliable is just laughable. Extra weight slows down any car. I have this car. It’s quicker than all non-performance cars and adding my entire family doesn’t change that significantly. The main thing is, it’s very fun to drive. Most people who have driven it, say that

Thanks for the comment & feedback! That’s actually a lot of tire wear out of summer tires!
Volkswagen mk8 gti S model to be exact after taxes, no markups and minimal fees, you can pick one up for under 36k brand new. Used 28k-30k
Thanks for the comment and feedback! Is that the car that you drive?
@@Drive_Culture yes
just bought my 2024 si, amazing car
Thanks for the comment & feedback! Congrats on the new ride! What color did you go with?
I love the way the car looks but IMO for a little bit more, thanks to markups, and scarcity, the integra is a better value, or for going fast, the Elantra N
Thanks for the comment & feedback! Yeah the ADM does no favors that’s for sure. Let us know if you’d like to see a review of the Elantra N on the channel!
You should be getting soon steering recall than lower fuel pump
Thanks for the comment & feedback! That’s not my private vehicle, but yes, I’ve seen the recalls that have been announced. Hope you subbed to come back for more!
Really nice video. Can't wait for more content from this channel.
Wow! Thanks for the comment & feedback! Let us know what other cars you’d like to see on the channel.
Am an owner and honestly your review is my favorite even out of all the ones I watched before purchasing lol sub
Wow! Thanks a lot for the comment & feedback! What color did you get? Hope you come back for more content!
@@Drive_Culture SGP 😁
About time they made one that's not God ugly. I always liked them mechanically but could never get over the looks. I wouldnt even call it a sports car tbh. It's a logical car. Manual, 4cyl with good mpg, it'll last a while, it's a little fun, the price is right, and it doesn't look like a little kid car like the last gen or the type r
Thanks for the comment & feedback! Yeah this gen of Si definitely looks good and comes across as more mature! Hope you subbed to come back for more!
I have a 2020 si and it's fun fast enough to go around I love it
Thanks for the comment & feedback! Nice, what color is your Si?
This Channel has alot of potential 🔥See it at the Top already
Thanks a lot for the comment & feedback! It’s been growing steadily, let’s see where things go from here! 🤞🏾
Awesome channel!
Wow! Thanks for the comment & feedback! More stuff to come, so hope you come back!
Would be very nice to see the Honda Civic SI spec, the same as Canada with a heated steering wheel and heated seats and the digital display and adjustable lower lumbar support would be amazing.
Thanks for the comment & feedback! Those are all nice features indeed, we’ll see if they ever get added to the Si!
Great car, but since dealers are still marking these up +5k, the Acura Integra w/ tech package is a better bargin.
Well done!👌
Wow! Thanks for the comment! Hope you come back for more content! 👍🏾
Great review. I got this one with sonic gray pearl. Negotiated market adjust down to 1500 from 4k.
Thanks for the comment & great feedback! Man, Sonic Gray Pearl on this car must look great! Good work on getting the ADM down to just that, it seems to still be high in most places.
@@Drive_Culture yessir looks great! Fuel mileage & super fun to drive. Looking forward to more of your uploads! Good content man
nice review!
Wow, thanks for the comment!
I would like to see the seats in the back to match the seats in the front and a extra 15-40 more horsepower.
Thanks for the comment! You make good points! We’ll try to review that car on the channel soon!
I wish I saw any N s with manual in stock. Not since 3 months, not even a DCT BTW. Varies largely and cannot be generalized.
@@asdpoi121 Go to the dealer, and order it. It's a special order car (for dealership), just like the type R.
@@Xj900_24 Anyone buying the Civic R can expect a markup, but to each his/her own.
@@Xj900_24 How is that stock cooling at the track?
Love the si i just wish they made them with more power, 200hp was cool 20 to 30 years ago
Thanks for the comment & feedback! Of course more power would be welcome, but to be fair, its performance is still competitive and it’s fun to drive!
What in compare with vw gli?
Thanks for the comment! Yeah that’s definitely a fair comparison. I haven’t driven the latest GLI, have you?
wanted one till all the markups, went with a gr86 premium manual for msrp instead
Thanks for the comment! Yeah sad to hear that the ADM prevented you from getting one. What color GR86 did you get?
Great vid man, I wanted to get one but got a Ford Maverick instead. Kinda regret my decision
Wow! Thanks for the nice comment & feedback! Why did you choose the Maverick? What color did you get?
Thanks for the comment & feedback! I can agree with that!
does it have vtec characteristics ?
Thanks for the comment! I would say it’s much more linear in its power delivery, not so much on / off like the VTEC of yore.
I really wish there was a hatchback version of the Si. That's pushing me in the direction of the Integra A-spec.
Thanks for the comment & feedback! Yeah if you want the hatch utility and need a manual, then the Integra A-Spec Tech package may be the way to go!
I definitely like this car in white with the black grill.
Thanks for the comment! Yeah, white would look great on this car!
Cant decide if i should wait for my 25 xse camry or get one of these
Thanks for the comment! They’re pretty different cars, I guess it depends on what you’re prioritizing. Let us know what you end up getting.
I have accord 2.0t 18 but for that price you can get better preference car on the market
Thanks for the comment! That gen Accord was nice! What color do you have?
Love this car… but i need the hatchback… so going with the less powerful/more expensive Sport Touring
Thanks for the comment! Yeah that sounds like a great alternative. What color are you going to get?
Had the 2024 si it was good with 40mpg, nice gearbox lsd . Just sucked it looked like an average civic , super stuff seats , not enough power , same cluster as the sport although the needle is red. For msrp its a great fun car with good mpg
Nice! Thank you for the comment & feedback! What color was your Si? We also just put up a review on the updated 2025 Si, so check that out if you haven’t already! Hope you subbed to come back for more!
@@Drive_Culture I’ll watch it and sub , since pearl grey which is a beautiful color
For 30-40k you can get a used car for that money in good condition and still have money left over. You can get an s2k,a type R, frs/brz 2013-2018 for under 10k. F80/2 M car, CTS V, corvette, mustang 5.0. So many options much more better than a new Si
Thanks for the comment & feedback! I mean if you’re comparing apples to oranges, I agree! The same could be said for any car in any price range.
@@Drive_Culture I only went by the title, but great videos 👍
I would have purchased a Si but they didn't offer a hatchback and that killed it for me.
Thanks for the comment! That’s fair for sure, did you consider the Integra as an alternative? What did you end up buying?
@@Drive_Culture Against my better judgement, I bought the type R in black. I sort of wish I took a closer look at the VW R first as it's more upscale interior wise, is quicker and has all wheel drive, but I think I'll like the better Honda drive train's stock performance and reliability... and there is no better transmission for sure.
Camry is bigger same HP. Love the 6speed but dang honda needs to up the HP to 250
Thanks for the comment & feedback! Yeah power aside, the Camry is more of an Accord competitor than Civic. I hear you though, thanks again!
How much was this?
Thanks for the comment! The MSRP was $29,100 for 2024, but it’s gone up for 2025! Hope you subbed to come back for more!
@@Drive_Culture best of luck to you really but I think you have to be out of your mind to consider a new si over a gti.
There is no adjustable suspension in the current Gen. I'd rather buy the 11th Gen and get the adjustable suspension. Why did Honda abandon this crucial
part of the new SI? No sale here!!!
Thanks for the comment. The Civic is currently in the 11th gen and yes it dropped the adaptive dampers on the Si, which are now only available on the Type R. Otherwise there’s the Integra Tech A-Spec which comes with the adaptive dampers.
Have a civic sport and that handles really well balanced chassis SI is a great car test drove one to as well Honda killed it this gen with the redesign and upscale look
Thanks for the comment & feedback! Yeah the Civic Sport is also really good, I’m gonna have a review of that on the channel soon!
nice lookin car, if only it was in auto. =[ got the ex-l hatch in black tho and it looks cool and is sporty enough for me

Moon roof but no heated seats is weird and borderline unacceptable
Thanks for the comment & feedback! Any other missing key features? What do you currently drive?
Touch choice between this and a WRX for around the same price
Thanks for the comment! Yeah for sure, both are great cars! What are your thoughts on the styling of the WRX?
@@Drive_Culture I don't mind it some certain colors, on others I really don't like it though. But they're so fun to drive that I can almost get past it. I definitely prefer the styling of the civic, I just wish they still offered it in a coupe!
It shouldn’t even be a question
The wrx offers so much more
That L15 is trash
Si should never come with an auto. That would be blasphemous
Thanks for the comment & feedback! Can’t say I disagree!
It seems the 2025 si lost 8hp. Which is a lot. My 2014 si was special and separate from the civic.
Thanks for the comment and detailed feedback! What color Elantra did you get? I’ll take your word and try to review one soon, so check back for that!
@@Drive_Culture you’re very welcome! I have a Cyber Gray Elantra N with the 8 speed DCT.

The L15 is trash . It's not built to last like the K series.
Thanks for the comment! Are you looking at it from a tuning perspective?
Plenty. A used Porsche is better...
Thanks for the comment! Keeping it apples to apples is key… let us know what “new” vehicles match up!
Jetta GLI.
Thanks for the comment! Is that what you drive? What made you choose it?

Thanks for the comment! Is that the Si that you drive? The 11th gen Si definitely looks better than an Altima though! 🤣
This car is bad. So much lag
Thanks for the comment & feedback!
SI originally stood for "sequential injection".
Also, you overuse the word "iconic".
Thanks for the comment & feedback!
As a +14 year veteran at Honda, I can tell you that it stands for “Sport Injection.”
Sorry if I over use words, I don’t script anything & do it all by memory often in 1 long take!
Anyway, here’s the history on Si…
For more than three decades, Honda models wearing little red Si badges have been among the most affordable and fun machines on American roads.

Car is very slow with poor hp and an engine that is not durable if you add five passengers this car wil not move
But it's a Honda, and to all the fan boys, that's all it takes.
To drive cultures question, my answer would be Subaru wrx. Faster and lower priced.
Thanks for the comment & feedback. I wouldn’t say the car is slow though, it’s definitely fun to drive too. Of course, the extra weight in any car will make it slower.
Thanks for the reply! Enjoy your Subie!
Slow? Man if you're looking for a straight line speed then this car isn't it. It's a fun cruiser that you take for the spin into the countryside.
