I just realized: each of the Todoroki members’ burns is in correlation to the amount of blame they have for Dabi/Toya’s situation: -Enji is the most burnt because the majority of the blame is his fault. -Rei’s burns are the second biggest as she is the most to blame after Enji. -Fuyumi and Natsuo are only a little burned as they are only slightly at fault. -And finally Shoto is unburnt (his previous scar notwithstanding) because he’s blameless. So nice little symbolism there, Horikoshi.
Damn, it's pretty sad that Shoto had to take on the burden and sins of his parents, having to fight his deranged older brother, because of their failure.

Natsuo feels guilty because maybe if he'd taken Toya's complaints more seriously maybe Dabi never would have come to be.

I mean he basically bought Rei from her family, and she actually had a very frail constitution to begin with so she really wouldn't have been able to physically oppose him anyway.
Horikoshi closes with a good conclusion, about the family Endeavor will talk to Touya as he always wanted, in the few days of Dabi's life left. It is also confirmed that Dabi's death is imminent, the soba was only symbolic, which will never happen. He lives only temporarily, but he approaches his death with the weight of his sins.
DABI'S CONCLUSION IS TO DIE, WHICH. WE WILL NOT SEE THAT ON SCREEN, AND THERE IS NO TECHNOLOGY TO SAVE IT. Furthermore, it does not end in a happy ending, the family breaks up and Natzuo continues to hate his father, as does Dabi.
Well honestly Toya couldn't get a happy ending no matter what. He openly admitted to 30+ murders and even if his father messed his head up and put him on that path he still willingly choose to commit those crimes so even if he lived he'd still be in prison the rest of his life. The fact he didn't die on the battlefield was miraculous enough, and I feel Shoto and Fuyumi will still keep in touch with their parents. I think Natsuo has actually put his hate for his father to rest. True he still has no intention of forgiving him but I think he realizes holding onto his hate would only put him down Toya's path.
I really love this ending, it’s as real as it gets and although it’s not happy, it’s good. Endeavour and Dabi might even have a moment with the time they have left, and Natsu might eventually let the past go, and introduce Endeavour to his grandkids. It’s sad but it’s the right ending.
We now have 4 chapters left until MHA ends and now we’re going to Spinner and this is a idea that could happen on epilogue chapters will be focus the most 1. Deku’s talk with Spinner along with Shoji and Koda 2. Uraraka’s closure about Toga and will she confess her feelings to Deku unless he gets a new haircut to fix up his half shaved hair at the end 3. Find out who’s this mysterious person crying (could possibly be Deku’s dad) 4. Aoyama’s farewell party 5. Deku and Class A finally graduated UA as timeskip could actually happen at the final chapter and Eri plans to sing on UA graduation since chapter 420
Bruh when dabi said soba, everything around me went silent, and I was in a loud place. Greatness. Anyway dabi is a goat. bro literally outspied the spy. Other than not knowing that jeanist was still alive lol. Dabi always drops truths straight up with no remorse which i love. And the clashing of right and wrong between hawks dabi and twice was absolutely insane. Back during para liberation war arc. All in one room. And whenever dabi meets horis pen its always amazing. And The ending is on point so far no matter what any goobers might say lol.

The Todoroki's once again, stole the entire scene! It was great to see their stories reach it's closure. Not to say it's an happy ending or anything, but it's just great to see everything is coming to an end. And the Todoroki's are trying to continue their lives anew. To me, they went from the biggest suffering in the entire series. I hope everything works out for them! Seeing Gentle..uhh I mean Tobita and La Brava being free and being together again was a wholesome scene! Really happy for them! Seeing Hawks actually becoming the new President was both shocking but interesting! I am curious how all this is going to turn out. After Hawks lost his quirk and what the HPSC made him do, this is a warming reward for the guy! I hope he takes it! Great chapter over all! 4 more to go!
Y’know, while I can’t say Endeavor properly atoned, at this point, there’s not much more he can do when it comes to accepting responsibility. As long as he watches over Touya from now on, that’s gonna have to do. Happy to see Touya and Shoto finally talking somewhat normally. I’d say something like, “these aren’t the best of circumstances,” but like, with this family, I can’t say I’m surprised. It’s the hellish Todoroki family after all.
Endeavor's atonement will only be complete after many years of reflection and losing his family. The conclusion to this side plot is bittersweet as it should be, everything endeavor did up to this point in regards to accepting his responsibility and atoning was leading up to this moment, to where he can actually dedicate all his time he has left giving his attention to touya and letting his family, watch as he tries to become a better human being.
Horokoshi cooked in this chapter, with his art style and writing. I really like how the Todoroki family plotline concludes, not with a happy ending but also not a bad ending either. It feels more bittersweet and real/grounded Y’know? I also really like how even through atonement Natsuo still doesn’t forgive Endeavor, Toya still hates Endeavor although he cries blood feeling regret for his actions towards Shoto especially since that was their first brotherly interaction/connection and I like how Endeavor is willing to commit the rest of his life towards seeking atonement and making sure no one in his family takes the blame for his actions. He’s really one of the best characters in this series. I also really like Hawks’s conclusion by becoming the new president of the HPSC. It’s such a fitting end for his character knowing that he’s determined to make a change in society and the HPSC even as young as he is. I remember Hawks saying “If all of us are even a little bit capable of seeing each other as united as one, then I see a future where heroes have time to kill. One so bright, we can’t help but grin.” Maybe through the HPSC Hawks will work towards that goal. Possibly pulling a Nick Fury and putting together a team of heroes from class A and B once they go pro? However I must say. With Endeavor retiring, Hawks quirkless and becoming the new president of the HPSC and the rest of the top 10 pros either being severely crippled, dead or retired, who will be the next number one? Which I think will be Mirio. Aizawa did mention how Mirio’s potential was capable of reaching number one, including the pros. This could’ve been Horokoshi giving us some foreshadowing of what’s in store for Mirio. And now with most of the top pros being put out of commission and Mirio graduating, it seems a lot more possible for Lemillion to be the next number one. It would also make Nighteye telling Mirio that he’ll “make a fine hero one day” make a lot more sense. Of course if Deku still ends up with a quirk by the end, he’ll probably be the next Number One when he graduates.

Don't like Dabi going out like this at all. What was the point of the ice quirk in the fight if he won't ever be able to use it? Is Dabi even aware of it? I rather him kill Endeavor at his full strength and then die happy. Or fake his death again and start his own organization and never die. He has hatred that kept him alive all this time. Something or someone out there must want him to surive. His father never taught him how to cool down his flames which is why he ended up burning the way he did and nearly killing himself. It would be perfect justice for him to be all full power again. If Dabi dies like this he will be forgotten by all except the Todoraki family. And everything hes done goes down with him. No mark on history at all. And society stays the same as sweeping everything under the rug when Dabi exposed the hypocrisy of heros all together in the broadcast. It would be all for nothing. So hope he has a way to survive this cuz this is not a satisfying end. I want him to get his revenge. This isnt going to do it. Natsuo hates Endeavor, but Dabi has kept it alive since he surived his accident. So its more efficient to keep it burning forever in him. Everyone still wonders why hes alive at all. He refuses to die and if he does die he should be resurrected with this Phoenix thing. The Phoenix theory is something thats been a rumor for years. So lets see it. If Toga survives somehow and Dabi dies like this I will be pissed off. It wouldnt be right to kill off a character who never got to show the world his potential at all. I would have loved to see how strong he could be. So Im hoping for that. All the vilians of the league had all nearly died that we know of. Most heros didnt suffer casuslites real known. Dabi surviving makes senses as hes a important part of the story being a Todoroki that wanted revenge on his father, but if he dies like this he never will. And society will be never change. Regardless if Deku the one who fought Shigarki and killed him somehow has the league remebered in some way. It won't do much good if only Spinner survives. Compress is is prison, so he will be forgotten. Dabi though did make an impact on the society and it needs to be remebered. Surviving is the only way.
