Once again Danny, spot on! Great video. I went online 3 weeks ago and built a BMW, and had it delivered. The price options were on every package I picked. When finished it gave me a grand price total. Then got me in touch with a dealer who had that particular car. I then sent them a check, and the entire process was transparent. Not the Laundry business, going back and forth, and yes distributors opening stores right around the corner when you thought they were loyal to you. Thanks for exposing this industry. Keep up the good work.

Love the videos with joe. Can u guys do a deep dive about the financials? Profit/loss? How did the rehab of the store cost including equipment?
Or can talking about how equipment cost for each store? Joe not comfortable talking about financials?

When I was a young professional in banking I once had a conversation with my Manager that basically boiled down to, "Isn't there a better way?". It was a longer conversation and his sage advice to me was, "Life sucks then you die.". He was just a few years away from retirement and could not be bothered.
This type of apathy has apparently taken the soul of most of Corporate America and a lot of this Country's Institutions.

Danny I'm from Normal Illinois and I currently work at Rivian, I've been watching your videos for quite some time and had an interest in calling you as we have a couple of laundromats here that I had interest in. I did not call because my credit score is low and I don't have any access to capital outside of my cashflow from my job and ecommerce business.
I walked into the usual laundromat today and I noticed that there was a sign about card readers being added and redesign. would it be a coincidence that would be you and possibly the people you partnered with here in normal/Bloomington illinois? You're probably not able to disclose personal information or locations but I just thought that was insane that other people were thinking about doing the same thing I did, who work at the same place and live in the same area and executed
Thinking that your lack of good credit and money will keep you from doing this is exactly the thing that's keeping you from doing anything. YOUR THINKING. Your next thought? "Oh, man... it's too late to do this in this part of Illinois because someone is re-tooling a laundromat." I "partner" with no one. I provide very concise information that allows motivated people to get out and become wealthy with NO CAPITAL. 1) Change your thinking. 2) Go a few blocks in every direction and you will find stores that are perfect for takeover and future profit. 3) Get an education so you can do this correctly. (I know a guy).
Great info and pws (alliance) does have a functioning store in South gate. They call it their showroom store.
