@ 1:42 were you dancing?!?! 🤣🤣🤣
Love this information, super valuable and what I think is needed to succeed
Danny I know that place, I’m new at your channel but I’m totally fascinate with all your knowledge, I will like to work with you shortly.
Best video yet Danny!! Keep them coming!
Internally lit signage is a huge business driver
Love the info on your site . Question ? Your line about contacting the landlord …. What’s the best way to get that number ?? I’ve asked owners , they won’t hand it out , and city hall type angles have limited info and confusing formats . What’s worked for you ? Thanks !
Keep in mind we don’t always need to speak directly to the landlord himself. In fact, most of the time we deal with his management company or real estate agent. The best time to find the information is when you are standing in front of the laundromat. You will never find his number inside of the laundromat. Search for “for lease “signs. That number is the right individual. Do a deep dive on Google. These people pay their taxes, they are not hiding. If they’ve ever hired someone to paint the parking lot or trim the trees you will find their information. If you must speak to neighbors DON’T mention the laundromat. Be ambiguous. If you walk into a pizza shop the first thing you do is order a slice. Don’t stand out, or be pushy. For all you know the pizzeria owner also owns the laundry & the building! so don’t talk about it. Be casual. generally, you shouldn’t fixate on any one store. If the landlords information is hard fought ; scout more stores. WATCH THESE; ua-cam.com/play/PLHy19uJDv42n4pRMFKG32BVaW9jj7M0wJ.html
Thank you, Danny for doing what you do. Absolutely you can own more than one laundromat. 1. Signage is a must. 2. Fixing that dryer asap will help, too.
Glad I found you. I'm in progress with taking your course.
Great video and info. I would have given that $100 to Richard though. I'm sure he felt some kind of way haha
To be honest Danny you're the man you've been there and you have done it regarding laundromats .
Great content , but do not kill the trees please. Lets respect Mother Nature.
Just discovered your channel. I have been watching Keenan and Investment Joy. I will be ordering your course.
Investment Joy used to be okay now he is just all about selling his BS courses. Don't buy.
Great video Danny !
How long did you run your first laundromate before you started your 2ed laundromate.
That loose stainless steel cover is fantastic until a scrapper crackhead discovers it. It's worth $15ish dollars scrapped.
Shut out to Richard! Next time grab the poop yourself
I'm in Colorado; where is the location you mentioned in the video?
