What is the water bill like in Los Angeles? X number of gallons = X water bill dollars? Is your sewage a part of the water bill, or separate?
Electrolux isn't very good, Huebsch or Speed Queen is a much better choice for washers and dryers.
Whats the cost of this build out?
Im wondering if homeless people steal the carts, or are the carts taller than the doorway, making them difficult to steal
