    Your lessons are one of the most cut to the point and simple ones I've watched. I was able to get such beautiful looking product composites BECAUSE of your videos. You inspired me that even with limited gear and the use of post production I can to still explore different lighting techniques. THANK YOU!

      @@workphlo Can you make a video about how to shoot mirror-like products(Like Utensils or something similar)? They are not very easy to shoot and most of us have difficulty shooting them.

    Hello Dustin. Your videos are in a league of its own. I would love a video or some info even on which stripbox sizes and light modifiers are must haves for product photography like you are doing. I have only one speedlight and a few round softboxes right now. I am looking to get some stripboxes, but are not sure what sizes I need and why. Thanks again. I bought some of your plates and surface support attachment 👍

    • @workphlo
      @workphlo  2 роки тому +3

      Thanks so much! I will try and make a video covering that soon, I think it's a great topic. When I started product photography i wondered this myself and got a pretty large stripbox, now I use the smaller 8x36 and love it!

      @@workphlo exercise is excellent. however the broken of Revlon does not read correctly.

    • @workphlo
      @workphlo  2 роки тому +1

      @@robertovizcaino_art I hear you. We could use a reflector horiztonally below the typeface to get a bright finish there, and I may do that for a "Revlon" specific photoshoot, but in today's video I am attempting to use a general setup that could theoretically scale to 10s, 100s, or 1000 different products, albeit with less precision than a focused photoshoot.

    • @estudio_peso
      @estudio_peso 2 роки тому +1

      @@workphlo I completely agree with Roberto. As much as I understand why you didn't do it, at least you could have said it because it gave me also a bad impression. Something else I would have liked to watch was that selection zoomed to 100% and probably 200%, so that we could see how faulty it is. thank you so much for the video anyway.
