I bought three sets of the 4 Turtles one for me and a set for both my son and daughter. Super excited to surprise them once they arrive. I cannot wait to take them to see the movie 🍿

With the exception of some very minor paint issues with April, these figures are great. All that articulation and for only $10, can't really beat that. I'm a total sucker for the amazing box art. Thanks for the vid!

7:43 COMPLETELY AGREE. For almost 10 years now, they've tried to make that Raphael's thing, and it just doesn't work for me. Yes, I know it has history from the Mirage comics but it just speaks to "make him more of the bAdAsS" obvious placement when they always have to make Raph the bigger one with the full-headed du-rag bandana. Didn't like it when the Bay movies and Rise pushed it, and it's my least favorite aspect of them now ... but I do like the figure outside of that!

I picked up the card back versions of these characters this morning at target but they look so damn good on the cards that I haven’t opened them yet. Same with all the packaging. Gonna pick up the van sometime this week. Great additions to the turtle collection. Donnie is my favorite of this iteration of turtles. Great look of this set out of box.

Same I was surprised to see them on an end cap. Only got the card back of the four Turtles. With Target Circle Savings I picked up all four for $36. I was also surprised to see Mirage Splinter online so I ordered that as well. It looks like Target Online also has the Mutant Mayhem figures available too
Ran to Target yesterday to grab a set of the turtles for my boys and I to have some fun with. Really loving the action figures. Best 10 dollar action figures I’ve seen in a bit.

I'm on the fence about picking these up! Mostly because there are so many Turtles variants from so companys right now! Super 7, Neca BST ASN, Playmates and Mirage wow~ 🐢🍕🐢🍕
These would be bottom of the list (above Loyal Subjects) for quality, but higher on the list for new design. Haha
I thought I was loosing my mind because on the Target app it shows Donny with his headphones but I couldn’t find them in this set. Thankfully it appears they just don’t come with him in this set. Other than their weapons racks, seems like the headphones is the only accessory that is not included that is part of the single package releases. Also, Raph’s pouch is black in the single package release, where it’s brown in this set. Really loving these figures and found Rocksteady and Leatherhead today and of course had to pick up the Pizzafire Van!
Yeah, I’m starting to miss those headphones, too. Haha. The brown on Raph’s belt is actually hit or miss on all versions of him. It’s super weird!
Picked up the card back versions of the brothers and Superfly here in the uk yesterday. So good to be able to walk into a shop and buy Turtles again, obviously for my kids! Great video again!
I hope they love them and that you get some time to play with some turtles too. Haha

7:44 I completely agree. I feel like Raph with the full bandana just feels out of place when all the other turtles have their regular bandanas. I feel like instead of making Raph have a full bandana, they should make his bandana be battle damaged, to represent him being angry and hot-headed.

I went to Target today, they didn't have anything out at all, so I asked and they went into the back and got me the crusin ooze set and the target Mutant exclusives.

The Making of a Ninja is the name of an assortment of figures found exclusively at Target. I was at my local Target today and I found four two packs. Each contained a young turtle figure and their respective teenage ninja turtle figure. They also had a glow in the dark feature I thought was interesting.
Yeah, lots of goodies with more to come

I snatched up the two glow in the dark sets. “Art of the Ninja” is the pack that I referenced on this box. Didn’t know until later.
Only Leo and Raph that I’m aware of in this set. Didn’t see the tot only sets that don’t glow

lets see a van review, that's what i'm most interested in purchasing. bonus points if you try to fit other turtle lines in it, even 2012 playmates if u got em! same goes for the bike, would appreciate seeing that reviewed as well! thanks as always. PS Raph is best and I'm right.
Don't have the 2012, and I think they are too big to fit. I have a 2012 Bike and NECA toon seems too small. Movie figs are just about right. I believe NECA toon fit this van nicely

@@NostalgiaUnboxed Yeah it's possible we don't see smaller vehicles packed in with the other 2 brothers. I didn't know about the glow ones til you mentioned them, but I could see them foregoing the other 2 brothers there too.
I have this box set from maybe 2012 or so that features just about all the different Playmates 4.5" iterations of Leo- ranges from the 80s up to one of the Michael Bay movies if I'm not mistaken. But the point I'm trying to make is, I'm almost positive they only ever released a set like this for Leo.

I picked this up and apparently theres variant boxes with a lighter skin toned April, so theres darker skin tone ans light tone lol not sure if thats a error or not but definitely interesting 🤔

Leatherhead is the best figure in the whole wave in my opinion. He is a very great figure for $10. Mikey is my favorite turtle in this wave, then donatello. Ima glue his glasses to his face so I don't lose them. I like donatello wearing glasses. It goes with his tech nerd motif. I like Mikey eyes. Looks like he is wired on some sugar, caffeine and possibly a Adderall prescribed for adhd
Haha! I love it and Mikey does look like that. Leatherhead does use they/them pronouns on the bio of the box, so we should be seeing that happen in the movie.

They've played up the goofy vibe this time around; look at poor Leatherhead. But overall they look like fun designs, grabbed Leo yesterday & I'm digging it. I mix all my TMNT toy lines together e.g. vintage, and everything in between. I think I'll be buying just a couple more of the Mayhem line, except for "April". Hope there's a Shredder & Krang somewhere in all this. Neat upload!
No Shredder or Krang unless they come along in a future movie. And you don’t need quotes around April

Idk if you know. Someone like me who's not on social media heard about the controversy. You had to. The controversy is there's two versions of April o' Neil. A black and white version. I'm not for race changes. However if you're going to do it then do it. Don't have half made with one skin tone the other half another. It's just confusing especially for kids. Which this is aimed at.
It’s just cheap toys made in China with a change in color density. People made it a big deal but there were three different shades for April, issues with Raphael’s belt, loads of inconsistencies with other figures and paints. It’s just cheap
