I don't know if anyone mentioned it or not, but Punisher for PS2 was pretty crazy. You could throw people in piranha tanks, blow off limbs with shotguns, dangle knives over their heads and then drop them, throw them to an anaconda and watch them get swallowed. That game was pretty friggen rad when I played it back in the day.
+xgraffitix Yeah, especially with the "no censor" hack, that was the most violent game I've ever played. The Punisher should've made the list for sure!
This was the first GameSack episode I've watched the one that's hooked me to the channel. I still wonder why YT took its time putting this in my suggestions since that I've been avidly watching game reviews from Zoomin Games to CGRundertow to Lord Karnage to IGN to Gamespot to Metal Jesus for years!
[Coury] Really happy to see TechnoCop in here. It was probably the first time I'd ever seen that level of gore in a game and made it feel forbidden and weird. Same thing happened when I started to hear swear words in games - it just felt off til I got used to it.
I'm really sorry Joe didn't like Manhunt. It has its flaws but still a good stealth game and it looks like you don't know you have to hold the attack button to get the more violent executions (3 levels for each weapon).
THIS! I'm 5 years late, but Joe should really play further. Once you're 30% into the game, you get way cooler weapons, and a little further, cool guns become available and it's so satisfying blowing enemies apart. That, and the 3 levels of executions you mentioned. I hope Joe revisits this one sometime!
The first Manhunt was amazing. I used to play it at night on my PS2. By the way, the sequel is inferior in every way but I'm glad I bought it because it's pricey now.
Maybe you guys should compile a hierarchy of video game morals and send it to Game Sack, that way they never make such an offensive and stupid mistake again. I'm sure they will alter their future episodes for you, if you just let them know how badly mistaken they are, and then provide them with your (correct) opinions. P.S. Please let me know if anything that I wrote above is inflammatory or nonsensical to you, and I will be sure to change it. I can ill-afford having my rationale being scrutinized by people on the internet.
Have been hoping for quite some time to see Madworld get a current gen console port without all the Wii mote waggle since that game was severely overlooked and quite fun to boot. Gave me a bit of a Sin City vibe from the visuals and a bit of Smash TV / The Running Man thrown in for good measure
+AlphaOmegaSinIf you you remove the motion controls from Madworld then you lose half the fun man. Not worth it to port this game without motion controls. The art style was awesome and was the debute game from Platinum Games on Nintendo console. Paid full price and was worth every penny. Check out Anarchy Reign if you want a HD version of the game which is the spiritual sequel to Madworld on Ps3 or 360.
+Angelos Zochios (AkiraGr) Sorry but the motion controls didn't add magical fun or depth to the game, they aged poorly like many of the waggle games have. It's more of a hindrance than being able to hit a button like essentially all other games offer. No More Heroes would be a perfect example, over the top violence with tons of waggle remote bullshit commands, they ported it in high definition, added some new stuff on PS3 with No More Heroes Paradise, instantly became a ton more playable, more responsive and actually fun to complete.
+AlphaOmegaSin Never played Madworld but always wanted to when it was released. At that point though I had had enough of waggle controls being forced onto me and just out-right refused to play any game that used them...
I disagree with you on that point. Motion Controls add immersion on both MadWorld and No More Heroes. The combination of button for combo attacks and motion finishers on both games were truly satisfying to perform. Plus the speaker on the wii remore recreating the sound of the chainsaw and also the katana beam swings was a great addition that never presented on consoles before. Maybe to some this was irrelevant but to an arcade player as myself which I loved special controls in each genre which creates a better experience of fun am I am all for it. I can not imagine games like House of the Dead, Virtua Cop, Star Wars Arcade, Manx TT, without their specific controllers(lightgun, lighsabers, cabinets) would be as fun as playing with conventional gamepads. It was amazing for me when the Wii Remote rank like a cell phone before the battle with heavy metal in No More Heroes and heard Sylvia insane ramblings through the speaker, That was pure immersion for me that I was playing something truly unique. And the motion finishers man were Soooo satisfying. Both games were the epitome of how you create action games with the Wii Remote controls. I would love more Madworld and No More Heroes with Motion Controls. Also the Heroes Paradise Version is bad because it lost most the features which made the game unique and played like crap because the controls didn't translate well on the gamepad. Plus Suda51 denounced that version as his studio was no part of the port and he said the real No More Heroes experience was on the Wii, thats why he made a sequel for it. Which he fucked up removing big parts of what made the game shine in the first place because the publisher asked him to add classic control methods so they could port it later.
I'll never forget when I first saw TechnoCop on the Genesis. My jaw hit the ground when I saw the first guy explode after shooting him. If memory serves me correctly, this is THE first game to have a warning of any kind on it due to the violence.
Damn, Manhunt was such a good game just for the ambiance and environment. It has not really aged well, but that game seriously brings back some nostalgia. Though obviously you don't like manhunt because it is not a genre you are partial too.
I am 123 years old... I thought I would be able to handle the video... I was wrong!! I hurt my back trying to do uppercuts. Gamesack: Teaching old dogs new tricks since sliced bread.
From Game Sack's Facebook page: "Game Sack is going on hiatus. We do have another episode coming up in two weeks but then after that we don't know when the next one will be. And no, there's no internal struggle or anything like that going on. Everyone is getting along fine and dandy and there's no conflicts. However come April the show will be 5 years old. We've been doing this pretty much nonstop regularly since April of 2011. No breaks. Even when there were obligations in real life we kept going through with Game Sack. TV shows get seasons and nobody minds. You take breaks on UA-cam and people lose interest, subscribers diminish and people become angry. Don't get us wrong, we love making the show for everyone and it is constantly on our minds. The show has also been dying. It's been rapidly declining in views and I think people are perhaps getting a little too much "Sack". We think the best thing to do when we come back might be to go bi-weekly again. We let our Patreon supporters know first about this yesterday since they actually fund part of the show. That way they could also decide if they want to change or delete their pledges. Also we wanted to let you know that we won't be attending any conventions in 2016. This was a decision we made during the Portland Retro Gaming Expo in 2015. While we love meeting you all, it's just really hard for us to go on these trips because it's stressful and it interferes with the production of the show."
I am gonna be honest, I can't stomach the ultra violent kills in Mortal Kombat, it's just way too over-the-top gruesome for me..... but if some people like it, more power to you :-)
Postal 2 looks like a lot of fun! I've not had too many problems with Steam on Mac, well except for forgetting my login details! Love the gag by the way!
Awesome violent games not already mentioned - Solider of Fortune 1 or 2 (stay far away from Soldier of Fortune Payback) Bio Freaks (as Glenn mentioned) any of the Max Payne games any of the Fallout games Pokemo-errrr........Quake?
One of my favorites no one ever talks about - the sequel Time Killers, Bloodstorm. An arcade-only title that was a self-proclaimed parody of ultra violent fighting games of the time, which took early 90s gore to new heights and had enough secrets to choke a Colfax Ave prostitute.
noisyturtle i've got it on an emulator. i thought it was meh. not the worst i've played but not as good as the other fighting games. and to be fair i found Eternal Champions Challenge from the Dark Side and WeaponLord to be gorier than BloodStorm.
Just wanted to tell you Joe and Dave Thank you for all the great Game Sack episodes. I think it is one of the best youtube shows ever. Keep making them the way you both want to make them. Have a nice break from making them....and again thank you...
The ending bit was very funny. I had to pause it to catch all the details in the options screen. 65 BITS!!! That's unheard of. Literally, that's unheard of. Great stuff. That end bit is among my favorites alongside the ones where Dave judges a system's quality by how complicated it is to set up and how many wires and plugs it has.
You guys absolutely have to do soldier of fortune for the pc next. I was hoping it'd be here this time. Here's to it being on the next time you guys do one of these. It's over the top violent. You can turn someone into a torso.
Even on the Xbox version you could shoot specific parts off. Had a detailed Gore system for its time where you could blow out individual chunks from any part you decided to.shoot. Even caving faces in with a shotgun blast. Gruesome at the time but I still laughed like a pre pubescent boy when you cut on thermal vision in multiplayer and see dicks in the pants.
+William Stanway I remember when I first played it for the pc when I was 10-11 years old and got my first panic attack. But I couldn't look away. How you could blow limbs off, cut heads off, and completely customize a corpse shocked me. I've never felt that feeling in a video game since.
Nice to see Joe liking MKX, because I do think it's great as well. It and its predecessor are probably the two best MK games in the series. Some of my suggestions: Nano Breaker (you dye the level in your enemies' blood) State of Emergency (For killing shoppers in a mall... violently) God of War III (features the most gruesome beheading in a game) Gears of War (Chainsaw) South Park: Stick of Truth (Do I have to explain this one?) Saints Row (Because GTA is too obvious)
Fun list. It's good you left out GTA to give other games a mention like Postal 2, that's some wacky game. Call of Duty: Modern Warefare 2 is a great game. I was one of the top 20 best players on the planet for Modern Warefare 3.
I love you guys! You deserve a break. Don't listen/react to the haters because it doesn't benefit you in any way. Until the new quality sack arrives I'll be rewatching and enjoying all of your episodes! ;)
Hey Joe and Dave, I just wanted to let you know that hotline miami was released PHYSICALLY in Japan. I know how much you love physical releases, so I wanted to let you know. It is kind of a secret, with no announcement article of this in America. Oh and the Ps4 will translate it into english since America is the best language. Love your show. Edit: Oh and it comes with both games for 30 dollars so only a 5 dollar premium to have it be physical. Extra Edit: Dave... The sequel is way harder like super mario the lost levels hard, and it was not that great. The level design was larger and it was just too long without checkpoints. Extra Extra Edit: The PS4 is region free. Damn I screwed this comment up now Gamesack will never finish reading it.
Great job, guys. Love the show. My son and I watch it every Sunday morning. It would be neat to see an episode dedicated to the best split screen co-op games. Thanks for everything!
+patrick borrelli It was fun for a while, but at some point it just got boring. That, coupled with it's creator being basically human garbage, made me give up on it. Vanilla Doom might not be as gory but is still unbeaten in gameplay.
+Game Sack It's no offense to your guy's taste, it just that Madworld's soundtrack was known for being perfect for the game. Also people that don't like the genre still like the music since it fit with the violence and intense situations. Also it is really good workout music.
maybe its just because i was younger when i first played manhunt but i really loved that game it got the adrenaline pumping, another great episode gamesack
My parents gave me and my siblings the benefit of the doubt when it came to violent games in the '90s. They trusted we wouldn't turn into violent psychotics and lo and behold we didn't. Personally I love having a game collection where I can bounce from games like Animal Crossing to Resident Evil if I so I choose. More fun for me.
maybe you coverd splatter house and smash tv before. also thought you might have mentioned barbarian back on the old commodore/spectrum, would of made a great contrast against the more newer violence of mortal. kombat etc. great episode though guys.
+JesterofRoanoke would be cool, but I feel like they were going for Music that would suit Jack, and if you listen to the lyrics a lot of the songs actually do pretty well.
I love First Person Shooters and Titanfall is pretty violent, what with you stomping around in a big mech, stepping on grunts. Then there's TF2 where people explode into bloody gibs.
Shame on anyone who have said, if only once in here, stuff like : "OMG why didn't you guys mention ___________(insert game here)? What the hell???", "You guys are wrong : (proceeds to mention a slight mistake that made it's way in the episode, and that have been mentionned 30 times already). Check your facts next time" And I'm not even exaggerating here; I see comments just like these on every. single. video. You know, people, just because it's the internet, it doesn't mean that you have to conduct yourself like assholes. That stuff is plain rude and disrespectful. learn to be polite, and be thankful that you get this free entertainment, wich these guys put their heart and soul into.
FinalBaton - THANK YOU. I can’t understand why people get a thrill out of pointing out the dumbest things in videos. Do they call NBC too when there is something wrong in a TV episode. (Dumb question, some of them do). Talk about a total waste of time.
11:31 Feeling an emotion tied to a game is natural. It is what you do with that information afterwards that defines how well-situated your conscious is.
Chiller on the arcade is probably one of the goriest games that I have seen. The game physically made me feel bad playing it and it's not because of the violence. You basically torture people and that's about it.
Vena Retro It's not like the majority of games have excessive violence... Well, perhaps the majority nowadays do, but the only modern system I have is the 3DS so... Yeah... But I do the majority of MY gaming on 16 bit systems
+Russell Bullett That game was one of the first that came to my mind for this episode but we've already talked about it before so it got left out. Fun game though and the music is great!
+Game Sack Dave It's so funny and the soundtrack is great. I forgot you have already covered the game in the past. if I think of anymore I'll let you know
+LyricalMasterMind1 Perhaps they don't know how to play the game. You are not supposed to confront the enemies, you are supposed to take them down silently.
Another really great episode. Some of my personal favorite violent games include:- Sleeping Dogs (Martial art meets GTA, hell yeah!). Doom 2 (Do I need say more?). Saints Row the Third (GTA if it were high on cocaine). Splatterhouse 2 (It's Jason vs. the Evil Dead, pretty much (but you already knew that)). Metal Slug Series (RAWKET LAWNCHAIR!) Resident Evil 4 (Just love all of the decapitations in that game). Killer 7 (Perfect blend of grindhouse and anime).
I mean resident evil, the deaths were always shocking as hell when I was younger.GTA.. I'm a little confused on that one. Could have at least gave it a shout out. But again, you guys are my hero's and I love everything you guys do
Here's two more: Wolfenstein the New Order and its sequel Wolfenstein ii: the New Colossus. Made by the Swedish master programmers at Machine Games. Cutting up Nazis never gets any gorier then those games.
Wow, I never thought I'd see the day when you praise Mortal Kombat (aside from that giving games a second chance episode). Good on you guys! This might surprise you, but hardcore MK fans who have been following the series (like myself) actually tend to love the story mode, and want to see what happens in the universe and to the characters. It's actually quite popular.
I dunno if you guys are into this kind of thing, but maybe you could make a top 10 underrated retro games. I think anything from 2010 back would be okay to consider retro, or maybe you could make one for like, each decade. Top 10 underrated games 90s edition, and 2000s edition. Or shit, do all three! Love you guys, loved this episode, looking forward to more!
Hotline Miami has fantastic controls in my opinion, but it really is designed for mouse + keyboard. What a great game, I wanted to play it again as soon as I heard that music.
If you guys are looking for a REALLY fun and pretty violent game give Chivalry: Medieval Warfare a try! Some of the best medieval sword combat you'll ever try along with some awesome kill physics. It really is as fun as it sounds! It is multiplayer so you can bring friends to chop up!
The motion controls for finishing downed enemies in Hotline Miami were brutal, especially with how quickly and madly you have to run around in that game to survive!
I don't know why, but i feel that the most violent games are the PC ones from mid 90s. Phantasmagoria, Harvester just to name the ones who come on top of my mind. Snatcher was quite gory too. Great list of violent games tough, good job as always guys ;)
Kirby should be in this video. He's a guy who goes around beautiful and peaceful landscapes EATING and killing everyone!!
Lol
Kirby ate my baby.
"You better be careful who you piss on." Thanks for the advice, Joe!
+xgraffitix
Yeah, especially with the "no censor" hack, that was the most violent game I've ever played. The Punisher should've made the list for sure!
Came here to mention this! The level that opens mid funeral is crazy!
One of my favorite videogames 😃🙂💀

@@TooBokoo he had the brightness way too high as well. Kills any tension that way.
Yeah, people just have different tastes. I can't stand souls games or rouge lites.
The first Manhunt was amazing. I used to play it at night on my PS2. By the way, the sequel is inferior in every way but I'm glad I bought it because it's pricey now.
8:23 Those criminals must be some pretty bad dudes, just look how they clearly violate those box storage instructions. Scandalous!
It's like they don't know what "Up" means!
+Game Sack That's why those criminals always ask "hey what's up"
+Game Sack manhunt is awesome
+noisyturtle Anyone who violates storage instructions in such a rebellious manner is clearly showing nothing but a total lack of respect for the law.
+Game Sack Did I miss something or are you not uploading a video today?
"I don't think the swearing is necessary"
*throws a guy into a fan*
Huh
Maybe you guys should compile a hierarchy of video game morals and send it to Game Sack, that way they never make such an offensive and stupid mistake again. I'm sure they will alter their future episodes for you, if you just let them know how badly mistaken they are, and then provide them with your (correct) opinions.
P.S. Please let me know if anything that I wrote above is inflammatory or nonsensical to you, and I will be sure to change it. I can ill-afford having my rationale being scrutinized by people on the internet.

Platinum Games is just an eeeeeeeeevil game company that only makes the most violent of video games 👍👍👍

Bio Freaks (as Glenn mentioned)
any of the Max Payne games
any of the Fallout games
Pokemo-errrr........Quake?

Very good episode, again! I enjoyed all the extreme violence shown in this video. Didn't make me want to go to violent rampage in local mall though.
Just wanted to tell you Joe and Dave Thank you for all the great Game Sack episodes. I think it is one of the best youtube shows ever. Keep making them the way you both want to make them. Have a nice break from making them....and again thank you...
Great episode. There are so many violent games you can go on for days.
124 years on Mercury is around 30-32 years on Earth.

Fun fact, I was one of the top 19... looooooooser
MKX was number 1 on my best video games of 2015 list. Awesome that you put it in this episode.
Somehow... deep down... I KNEW THE NEXT EPISODE WOULD HAVE TONS OF VIOLENCE
Yup...they did say at the end of the last episode

+Therealmadkong Thanks for the tip! I will definitely check it out. I can't BELIEVE they would release a physical copy in Japan and not here.
The US got a physical release for Vita and PS4 aus well.
Bullshit, I have looked for it. It doesn't exist, that version is the Japanese version. It comes with english writing on the cover however.
remenber boys and girls america is the best language. pure gold!
Great job, guys. Love the show. My son and I watch it every Sunday morning. It would be neat to see an episode dedicated to the best split screen co-op games. Thanks for everything!
What about Splatterhouse or blood Omen.
+jerron berry I thought they would include Splatterhouse. That game was notorious for its violence at the time. And it's a great game!
+Adam Miller Well they have covered those games a few times in past episodes.
Have they? I must have forgotten about them. Makes sense then I suppose if they have already covered them!
+hisoka1138 yep. it was awesome. are we talking the original series or the 2010 version?
hisoka1138 oh okay cool. it would be so cool if they made a sequel.
The beginning was hilarious. Was laughing in the first minute already.
You guys must play Brutal Doom :D
Stole my thunder yo
+patrick borrelli My thoughts exactly
+patrick borrelli Beat me to it xD
Also, the new Doom is shaping to be nice and gory as well. Good clean fun.
I wonder if the selfie stick mod will work with Brutal Doom?
I already got a giggle out of that mod, but it would be much more silly with Brutal Doom.
+patrick borrelli It was fun for a while, but at some point it just got boring. That, coupled with it's creator being basically human garbage, made me give up on it. Vanilla Doom might not be as gory but is still unbeaten in gameplay.
Postal 2 has been my go to game since it was new! I always felt it never got the respect it deserved. Thanks for giving it the top spot.
I loved every second of Manhunt. Yeah camera issues but all forgotten because of plastic bag kills. Stealthy plastic bag kills all day e'ry day.
I've played most of these. The Splatterhouse remake, and Hatred would be good fits for this list. Great video as always!
>not liking the madworld soundtrack
I didn't know that was possible
We each have our tastes and I can't imagine Dave liking any rap. Personally I thought Madworld's soundtrack was cute.
+Game Sack It's no offense to your guy's taste, it just that Madworld's soundtrack was known for being perfect for the game. Also people that don't like the genre still like the music since it fit with the violence and intense situations. Also it is really good workout music.
Therealmadkong
I agree, it does seem like something you could do aerobics to.
+Game Sack Yeah how can you not laugh at the line "catch a stop sign through your face like a javelin".
Green texting outside of your containment board. Holy shit, I cringed.
Are the Blurays still being sold? I hope so.
Yes!

Volume 2 - store.screenwavemedia.com/collections/game-sack/products/game-sack-volume-2
damn I'm only 123 years old
Just reminding you that now you're legally allowed to view this episode, you must be at least 127
@@englishwithphil42 yay. I'll give it a watch now.
maybe its just because i was younger when i first played manhunt but i really loved that game it got the adrenaline pumping, another great episode gamesack
Hotline Miami is fucking awesome man! Brutal but awesome!
I saw the Wii and immediately shouted MAD WORLD! Before the disc even entered haha. Great choice to start off with guys. You guys nailed this one.
Call of duty modern warfare 2 is mostly populated by hackers when you play online, by the way.
it can ruin your day
my Older Bro,Won't Only Play These Games in Front of His 2 Brats,But He'll Play Them With Them
Postal (the original), Blood & Blood 2 were some good ones. :)
+fununcle too bad they dont do PC games
+AntichristDemoncore Yeah then again they probably suck at it
This is officially the best Game Sack thumbnail.
Thank you Game Sack for years of entertainment. Great show!
Good. Just another 86 years and I'll be the age to watch this video. So everything is wind in the sails.
I agree with Dave, a heavy metal woulda worked better for Mad World.
+JesterofRoanoke agreed, but admittedly the music kinda grew on me.
+JesterofRoanoke would be cool, but I feel like they were going for Music that would suit Jack, and if you listen to the lyrics a lot of the songs actually do pretty well.
Not really... It wouldn't had aged well
There is a rock track for some of the bosses.
agree 100%, or hardcore punk
I love First Person Shooters and Titanfall is pretty violent, what with you stomping around in a big mech, stepping on grunts. Then there's TF2 where people explode into bloody gibs.
Shame on anyone who have said, if only once in here, stuff like : "OMG why didn't you guys mention ___________(insert game here)? What the hell???",
"You guys are wrong : (proceeds to mention a slight mistake that made it's way in the episode, and that have been mentionned 30 times already). Check your facts next time"
And I'm not even exaggerating here; I see comments just like these on every. single.
Time to make a sandwich at 3:30am and watch Game Sack, damn it... was about to go to bed...
I am offended. Please take note of that, and try not to offend me so much in future episodes.
P.S. Great episode. Postal 2 is hilarious.
And as usual, the ending sketch was hilarious. The little Super Mario RPG "icon" in the lower right hand corner gave it a nice, authentic feel.
+Mr Skellow
Hilarious.
+Mr Skellow nice
Nobody cares if you are, you little snow flake.
+Shouten Ryuu
I presume you have never experienced sarcasm in writing before...?
You guys make life worth living.
Madworld is an amazing game. I didn't know it was made by Platinum Games but I guess that's why the game is so good.
I've been waiting for my weekly episode of Game Sack! YUUUUUHHHH
+Iris in a Bottle Me too!.
Funny..I actually loved Manhunt
Same thing. Maybe because I played Manhunt on PC. Still it hard game what require lot of patience.
me too, 3 years later, but stay far away from the web sight you don't wanna go there, well i mean unless your like that Kinda stuff.
11:31 Feeling an emotion tied to a game is natural. It is what you do with that information afterwards that defines how well-situated your conscious is.
That's weird...after finishing the video I got an ad to become a minister online.
It's always interesting to see people scream even after you've snapped their spine...
Chiller on the arcade is probably one of the goriest games that I have seen. The game physically made me feel bad playing it and it's not because of the violence. You basically torture people and that's about it.
I kinda missed the No More Heroes games in this video. You make everyone explode into a fountain of blood with a knockoff lightsaber, it's great.
I'm a little squeamish so I don't play a whole lot of violent games...
but modern warfare 2
+Ruko Michiharu sissy
+Ruko Michiharu So you dont play the majority of games?
Vena Retro It's not like the majority of games have excessive violence... Well, perhaps the majority nowadays do, but the only modern system I have is the 3DS so... Yeah... But I do the majority of MY gaming on 16 bit systems
Ruko Michiharu
Oh,youre one of those.
House Of The Dead Overkill can't believe you guys missed that one. Great show guys, it's a Sunday morning tradition now for me here in the UK.
+Russell Bullett That game was one of the first that came to my mind for this episode but we've already talked about it before so it got left out. Fun game though and the music is great!
+Game Sack Dave It's so funny and the soundtrack is great. I forgot you have already covered the game in the past. if I think of anymore I'll let you know
Manhunt is a masterpiece, perhaps Xbox version is not so good.
The xbox and ps2 versions are the same games. Perhaps the game just didn't age well
I played on PC, it was one hell of an experience.
+LyricalMasterMind1 Perhaps they don't know how to play the game. You are not supposed to confront the enemies, you are supposed to take them down silently.
+HE1NZ It's really no different on PS2. The game isn't for everyone though, a bit too slow paced for me.
That thumbnail is fucking fantastic. It would also double as a goddamn epic wallpaper.
Postal 2.... yeah i had to buy it after seeing it in this video haha.
Lisa: the painful rpg is a deliciously violent game filled with tons of dark humor, it also tugs on your heart strings a bit.
splatter house, robocop vs terminator. blood,
Another really great episode.
Stay on your meds, Joe.
It's been a good run Joe and Dave, thanks for providing the content for a long time. Until next time.
7:12 "Lowly" PS2? Really Joe?
Well hardware wise it was the Wii of its generation
shadowyashatoura but software & quality of the game wise? Not "lowly", but mighty
+apiz arsha-veen agreed but i think the time he was refering to it he was talking about the capabilities of its hardware
The PS2 fucking sucks get over it
MrSlashStudios yeah, the best selling console, the most games in a console library.. I can go on. Sucks to be you maybe, lol
OMG! The voice of the guy at 7:43 is Bill Rawls from The Wire. Kind of amazing his voice is in a game like this.
GAME SACK
GAME SACK
GAME SACK
I mean resident evil, the deaths were always shocking as hell when I was younger.GTA.. I'm a little confused on that one. Could have at least gave it a shout out. But again, you guys are my hero's and I love everything you guys do
No Blood or Splatterhouse? EPISODE FAIL
+JennyTheNerdBat shoulda taken out that shitty COD MW2
Here's two more: Wolfenstein the New Order and its sequel Wolfenstein ii: the New Colossus. Made by the Swedish master programmers at Machine Games. Cutting up Nazis never gets any gorier then those games.
Wow, I never thought I'd see the day when you praise Mortal Kombat (aside from that giving games a second chance episode). Good on you guys! This might surprise you, but hardcore MK fans who have been following the series (like myself) actually tend to love the story mode, and want to see what happens in the universe and to the characters. It's actually quite popular.
Great work Sir thank you
I dunno if you guys are into this kind of thing, but maybe you could make a top 10 underrated retro games. I think anything from 2010 back would be okay to consider retro, or maybe you could make one for like, each decade. Top 10 underrated games 90s edition, and 2000s edition. Or shit, do all three! Love you guys, loved this episode, looking forward to more!
Hotline Miami is a mouse and keyboard game if there ever was one, can't believe Dave played it with analog sticks
Waited the whole week for this! Thank you for your awesome videos!
Hotline Miami has fantastic controls in my opinion, but it really is designed for mouse + keyboard. What a great game, I wanted to play it again as soon as I heard that music.
+14catorce Yeah the music is good.
+14catorce It's not too bad on the Vita with the touchscreen either, and I imagine mobile versions if there are any.
*Haven't watched game sack in months, maybe even a year or two*
*Sees intro hasn't changed*
*Nostalgia flows through veins*
If you guys are looking for a REALLY fun and pretty violent game give Chivalry: Medieval Warfare a try! Some of the best medieval sword combat you'll ever try along with some awesome kill physics. It really is as fun as it sounds! It is multiplayer so you can bring friends to chop up!
I had to wait until my 124th birthday to watch this, totally worth it.
The motion controls for finishing downed enemies in Hotline Miami were brutal, especially with how quickly and madly you have to run around in that game to survive!
Starting off with Madworld! Good call. John dimaggio and Greg proops were in it too guys! Bummed you don't like the soundtrack though
I don't know why, but i feel that the most violent games are the PC ones from mid 90s. Phantasmagoria, Harvester just to name the ones who come on top of my mind.
Snatcher was quite gory too.
Great list of violent games tough, good job as always guys ;)
Thanks guys for showing Postal 2, this episode wont be whole without it.
