    My mum does a lot of this! She used to have a professional machine. She tried to teach me using it but I just can't.. way to scared of the machine's power!
    When I see people using one I am always amazed :) Love that pattern by the way. Beautifully done.

      Don't be scared! A life lived in fear is a life half lived. You should give it a try. If the machine is going too fast, just slow it down. Let us know how it goes. We're on facebook - crazy dave's crew and Sewing and crocheting for beginners

    I love the 3 strip as opposed to the 4. Daintier! Also sewing strips is harder than one thinks! You did well! LOL

    If I make into a flannel rag quilt, will I sandwich each rail then sew each block together.?

    I just sewed 3 strips and I sewed 1/4" seam and I only get 6 inches, I measured and measured, I'm lost.

    • @CrazyDavesCrew
      @CrazyDavesCrew  5 років тому +3

      Oh dear. OK. not a problem.
      1 -- when you pressed the seams open, did they have a wrinkle or were they completely open?
      2 - If making for yourself and not for a group swap, just trim it to measure the horizontally as vertically. Make it a perfect 6' square.
      Don't stress. Keep trying.
      Be sure to check out our facebook page (Crazy Dave's Crew - facebook.com/CrazyDaves1Crew/) and group (Sewing and Crocheting for Beginners - bit.ly/2GBVC8J).
      Send pictures and between all the group's members, we should be able to help.

      Not to be a pest, but above is right (nanangrandaelliott), one should always cut AWAY from oneself, ALWAYS. Please, it's a safety thing; otherwise it's a nice video, thanks.

    Извините, но всё это можно было показать за 3-4 минуты и без лишних слов. Терпеливо досмотрела до конца, но ничего интересного не увидела, к сожалению сожалению...
