I grew up with Danny. He was my childhood friend. We would hang out in his parents basement. He was very eccentric. I played my guitar and he would play his piano. He would say to me, "We have to escape the working class". I guess he did. I have a lot of love for him in my heart.

However I feel like I would have romantic attraction for the perfect person but they’ve never appeared. I’ve never felt like I needed a relationship, I’m content on my own. Honestly, this is me on the daily. I find a bed a hard pillow to beat my head across. I find the outside a place to walk. I find a seat a place for a drink to breathe again. I find it hard. I think it is hard. I never thought it'd be this hard. But on those days when the light shines, I think it could be better. I find his sigh so true. I think that sigh is true for goodness sake. I think there's a day where his nerrative is ours. Where us and our protagonist can find ourselves in love. When that happens you can grow. Then we have this whole new story! It's a story about how hard it was to find love. It's a story about how hard it was to breathe that last sigh, only to find yourself in the arms of someone that truly loves you. We can get there. This song mixed with these scenes and especially with the last scene outside the café, downing the brandy someone didn't finish at the next table, speaks volumes to me. Sometimes when I'm feeling my loneliest, not seldom I take a few drinks by myself to take my mind away from the loneliness, listening to songs I discovered in better times of my life, that still manage to cheer me up to this day, they're not many but they still do it for me.
