Yeah, this song is a shuffle. Reminds me of VH "Hot For Teacher". The chorus is amazing. Asami is amazing. This song is constructed perfectly. The way the guitar solo comes in.... perfect. The songwriting is so tight. It's one thing to be able to play good, it's another thing to be able to write great songs. Lovebites is the whole package. The influences and style is old-school, but these chicks are NOT old-school! They are too young to be old-school! In many ways, Japan is like the USA... 30 years ago. This might be a prime example of that. Which is why, a lot of the "wolfpack" seems to be older dudes from America and Europe. The golden era of heavy metal was the 80's. Lovebites is taking us all back to the golden era!

Yeah this is more hard rock .....just shows how talented these 5 goddesses are and just showing the the world that they can do different kind of music apart from just power metal. 🤘

Thank you, I couldn’t put my finger on the style (I’m not a musician). Now that you’ve said “shuffle” it immediately reminds me of “Pictures of Home” from “Machine Head” by Deep Purple, which I’ve heard Roger Glover describe as a shuffle. “Simple” this may be, but Haruna’s drumming was extremely intricate nonetheless. Jeez I love this band!

I applied for a ticket, but I didn't get one. It's a platinum ticket.
Every now and then, the ladies have to slow it down a bit to give the other bands a chance to catch up. Unfortunately those other bands have been lapped multiple times....I really get a Van Halen vibe from this one and it's a great change of pace.🤘🐺🤘

I know the third phase of the bass guitarist auditions is in August, but I don't know if they'll announce who the winner is in August. We'll see!
There's a recent interview on Dragonforce's channel with Saki from Nemophila. Herman asks if the girl rock and metal bands in Japan all know each other, and Saki said they do, that Nemophila knows BAND-MAID and that Saki and Miyako always give each other birthday gifts. That would be a tour to cross the Pacific to see! Throw in Gacharic Spin as well since they're great live and are another band that Nemophila knows.
Speaking of Dragonforce, and I don't mean the great Sega Saturn game, there's a video on their channel from when they toured with LOVEBITES. It's Midori and Miyako on stage with Dragonforce. M&M are trading solos with Herman. It's a quick video but worth watching. Here's a link to "Farming Simulator" live in London.

Available in digital, cd, dvd and blu ray format. They did this concert under severe restrictions because of the covid.

A very strange composition for Miho - she mostly composes what she loves, heavy thrash metal. The rest of the ladies do a good job with the tempo and feel of the song though - definitely a different 'sound' for Lovebites. But, as you said, in a large catalogue having a few 'different' things is interesting and refreshing.

I love this song alot 🤘 cant wait to see a full concert stream. I believe the final round of auditions are set for mid august. When theyre going to do an official announcement no one knows but i imagine between august and december of this year. Mabye theyll announce who it is as soon as they make the decision or mabye theyll wait and surprise fans with a new song that introduces the new bassist
