Beat him on his own opening. GOAT
Very instructive, great commentary
Great coverage, thanks a lot!
The level of play exhibited by these players in a BULLET game is just unbelievably high.
Interesting. Thank you for your work on youtube which helps so many chessplayers!
Very nice example. Understand some black's defensive options much better now. Thanks mate
Very brutal and exciting. Love it.
Very well explained. Thank you.
I will try this opening with white.
Love the explanation ❤❤❤
Thank you for the instructive video. Smothered mate is my absolute favorite mating pattern & I almost always see it instantly in puzzles but I've never gotten it on the board to my knowledge & actually won a game with it. Are there principled ways to try to set up certain mate patterns, like smothered?
Thanks very much.
It's the 1st time anyone's ever pointed out Carlsbad structure aims at King side. Thankyou! (a patzer lesson amongst genius level chess :D)
Magnus testing the Sensei on his course I see^ Really great game, and good play on both sides^
Excellent game ! daniel played really well and c5 is the way to equality for black if he plays precise moves. Kudos to Magnus for playing e3 instead of e4 in anticipation that his opponent is very familiar to JL. In the end Daniel lost probably due to time pressure. Excellent Nd4 move by Daniel though in anticipation of the smother mate opportunity, insane how he could see it in a bullet game !
Yes, the level of bullet play at the highest levels is really extraordinary!
aw i thought i was getting a lesson from Magnus
Good vid thx
Danya and Bortnyk recently put out a very good course on the Jobava
What platform is that program on?
@@chessdawg it’s his own (not chessable or any of the popular platforms). He provides a link to a payment page and access to the PGNs. No video
Thank you.@@banzaiburger9589
If you search "Daniel Naroditsky Jobava", you'll see a video from 5 months ago "Mastering the Jobava London ft. Bortnyk...". The link is in the description
Very educational indeed, thanks for this video. At 3:28 why do you think Magnus took on D6?
Merci beaucoup pour votre excellent commentaire 😊
Thanks
Thank you very much!
fucking excellent video brother
I’m having trouble understanding why he can’t still play qc3 instead of letting magnus take the knight if anyone can help
He can play Qc3. The problem is this is a bullet game and Danya just didn't have the time to think of it. There was 1 minute on the clock when the game started.
Because the rook is hanging behind it. Qc3, Qxc3, Nxc3 Rxe8+.
@@channelnumber52 No, it's because Qc3 would have been a blunder.
Are you feeling slightly under the weather? I can hear it in your voice, hope you get better soon
Thank you. It is just some allergies, I feel fine.
I don't know if using bullet for opening source is really a good idea or not. Edit: I guess if it's about the structure than it's fine.
