    Thank god triggers are more organized by type now. The Note section is going to help me learn a lot from other people's work, hopefully making random events will be easier now. I'm curious about what tools they are giving us to alter god powers and units... Just a few more hours as of typing this.

    Finding the triggers in retold to be quite buggy compared to Titans. triggers wont deactivate, reveal map won't work, etc etc. hopefully they fix it soon so we can get into playing custom scenarios again.

    Hello. Thanks for the video.
    I noticed that the engine support different times of day, so I suppose you can create a day
    ight cycle with triggers.
    Can it be made in a way that works on every map by default?

      You can make a day/night cycle, yes. But you can't put it in every map without editing that map.

    Hello Yeebaagooon, thanks for these videos, they are very helpful. Can you show me an example of setting what age the player and AI start in? I want it to reflect in editor so when I'm making cities I can see what the buildings look like when designing cities/towns. For example, I am designing a city for an AI and want the buildings to show up in their Mythic Age aesthetic when in editor so i can see what it all looks like.

    Thank you for making this video.. What i want to do is run the trigger in the editor so for example i have heavy spearmen in the editor itself is that somehow possible?

    hey how is it possible to trigger that troops will start at the game in 3 age like they are the heavy hoplit or upgraded cantaur ?? pls help

      You'll want Player: Tech Status.
      Set age 2 to a relevant god, then age 3, and then set the medium/heavy infantry upgrades to active.

      You can write direct XS code and attach it as a script! It's also much easier to put it in a random map file than old AoM but that is beyond the scope of this video series for now.

    Please almighty yeebaagooon teach me how to do units with custom actions like old earthquake mode

      What's earthquake mode? It's possible and have done it in a few of my maps already but it's a big higher level than the videos at the moment. Want to cover the basics before going further. Hopefully there will be enough interest with my videos as I work towards it!

      @@Yeebaagooon Someone did for the AOM EE a pack of triggers with one of them called "Earthquakemode" I thought you were the creator. Hotkey Triggers is called in Aomheaven

      @@agustinherrera4519 Ah yes. Sadly this looks like it won't be possible in Retold as the devs have closed a lot of the commands down that could lead to people hacking on ranked maps.
