If you haven’t read it, I recommend ‘The Essential Drucker’ - I read the audiobook on audible and it was superb (after finishing ‘The Effective Executive’. Yes, ‘The Black Swan’ is a great book; as are all of Taleb’s books. He’s a true contrarian thinker (likes to call himself a skeptical-empirical practitioner and follows Stoicism) and cuts through much of the BS in modern society. ‘Antifragile’ and ‘Skin In The Game’ were my favorites of all from him, followed by ‘TBS.’
