I've been binging your videos lately. They have really leveled up my editing. They've helped me learn effectively and efficiently without feeling overwhelmed. I appreciate you!
You are very underrated. Please don't stop making these tutorial videos! You are a lifesaver! All your video tutorials are high-level while also making them look easy and beginner-friendly.
Bro, I kid you not, been trying to figure out the Grid for WEEKS! I should not be that much of a noob for AE but there are no good tutorials on this, thank you SO much😂
The pick whipping method in the grid part completely flew over my head for so long. I'm glad you told me how to do it so i don't have to arrange them in layers with the camera haha
Sapphire is a very cool and very useful presence among AE plugins, and you have featured it in your recent videos, which is truly fantastic! I hope there will be a dedicated video in the future to talk more about this plugin!😊
Thank you so much for the videos, exactly the editing style that I've been looking for. May I suggest a topic for a next video: A in depth tutorial on how to make cool transitions when working with 3d layers and animated stuff. Thank you!
Amazing video as always from you Mapal. if there is any chance can you teach us how to create exactly same visual that u have as a transition where u showing what is next (10:15 for example)
Hi Mapal, Can you show, how we can create a traveling map animation with location getting highlighted with red circles, and the image is popping out from that location in circular format vertically on map,and camera zooming to that location. Thanks in advance
i would suggest you to make an paid course "how to animate like" and to have some 5-6 big brand names and inside the course in depth videos of techniques they use..
Hey Mapal, How you're doing bro ? I hope your doing well in your life, well this me harshit from India & I'm here to say you that, I really love the content you make on UA-cam, as of now many creators are creating their own courses, then why your back towards it, start making a fully fledged davinci resolve & after effects course for us, so you can also match your timetable, alright that as a audience we need it & teach the actual video editing, references I will be sharing on, focus on every skills you have, the storytelling and all other stuff needed to be a professional video editor just like you, lots of love to you brother Take care :-)
Hey Mapal! Thanks again for an incredible tutorial. Super useful! I have a question in terms of video editing workflow for these tutorials, where do you put everything together? Is it Premiere Pro with a direct link from After Effect? Or do you render every animation and edit it in DaVinci Resolve? After so many effects, especially the grain overlay, it doesn't preview smoothly over Premiere Pro when working with this direct link. I have a powerful machine, but working in 4K with so many animations is becoming a hassle. Thanks a ton for the incredible value you're providing!
Thank you! It can definitely be taxing to work in a 4k composition with a bunch of motion graphics. I work in Davinci so if I need to add an animation I just make it and export as ProRes and then add it to my timeline. If I need to sync the animation I’ll export that section, animate in Ae, and then export the animation itself and place it on top. That usually keeps it pretty smooth but sometimes I have to bite the bullet and set the playback to half or 1/4 res. I’m planning on making a video about it eventually but hopefully that clears it up a little!
@@mapal Appreciate the response! This clears a few questions I had for sure. I'll be looking forward to this video you mentioned, it will certainly be of great help! The only issue to export it as a finished animation to then import over the video has been in regards to transparency, or if any adjustments ever come up later in the edit. And Premiere is starting to get really glitchy with 4k footage even though I've got a powerful setup. I might look into Davinci, but the live connection between the software is hard to let go of. Thanks a bunch for the reply again, Mapal! Keep going with the amazing content!
hi Mapal, love your channel, Do you think Davinci Resolve software, and Fusion in particular, is a good choice for the MoGraph? And do you recommend its use?
Thank you! I have no experience using fusion so I can’t really say. However, I generally think it’s best to learn After Effects if you can. It’s one of if not the most complex and feature rich animation softwares. It’s a super valuable skill to have and it’ll make it easier for you in the long run.
Bro can you come out with a course? I've been looking for an after effects course with the new short form content style but can't find any that do it like this
8:42 How did you do that? This rotated symbol doesn't appear in every colum, only to the mainly layer and not his hidden areas. EDIT: Oooooohh God!! I managed to solve that - basically, it was just to click with the right bottom above this rotated symbol and go to columns and active the Parent and Links. ' Thank you, Mapal! I really appreciate your contents - Your contents seems premium contents, It's hard to believe this be free!
I have problem intalling plugins. i tried so many different ways install plugins but then i cant open extensions in After effects? have u ever had same problem? what can i try?
I've been binging your videos lately. They have really leveled up my editing. They've helped me learn effectively and efficiently without feeling overwhelmed. I appreciate you!
You didn't have to do that but I appreciate it! Happy to hear that the videos are helping you in your journey. Thank you

I’m not planning on making a course any time soon! I’ll let you know if/when that changes
can you drop the names of all the fonts used please. they're really good
Helvetica Neue, Integral CF, Thrillers, Filmotype Yale.
I think that’s all of them if I remember correctly
thank you big man@@mapal
Hey mapal how did you made that gradiant in transition visuals? Colorama or Photoshop's gradiant map?
If you're referring to the gradient inside the text then it is a fractal noise layer that has been animated and then added Colorama to it!
If u can please add keywords in the corner showing which keys are u using in the moment
please teach us what shortcut key you use to add effects?
It’s a plugin called FX console! It’s free
Love From Pakistan Bro

Which plugin you trying to install?
@@freetouse-cx8mm flow
I tried installing different years after effects but same problem
I can’t help much. Most of my plugins are installed using the ZXP installer from aescript
Here before 1 mil sub
thank u
if i want to camera follow along effect without grid how can I achieve that
Just don’t add any animation to it. Just add the grid effect to a solid and that should be it
does anyone know a tutorial for these gradient letters?
Create your text layer, create a fractal noise layer with some sauce, add colorama, use your text as a track matte. Done.

ease try to provide project files after making the tutorial
