Hey guys, I just got the wheels installed with my stock tires. I do notice a sharp improvement in acceleration. It feels like I gained 10 to 15 horsepower akin to the acceleration feel of a e90 328i. I did not notice any handling or steering response improvements.

Do you run these in the winter and how are they holding up? I just got the same ones for a Rav4 Prime.

Interesting that acceleration feels quicker with these lighter wheels.

Less weight=better acceleration. Especially since this is unspring weight and rotational mass, the effect is more pronounced. We are talking about 24.5 lbs stock vs 15.4 lbs. That's almost a 40 lbs difference.

you're right, but loosing 40lbs of unsprung weight is actually about 200lbs of rotational weight wich is huge! I think the old drag racing theory is that you gain .100 secs per 100lbs loss so that's why your car is faster.

Awesome! Thanks for education. Just got some 15x8 rpf1s wrapped in Nitto 205/50/15 and it feels almost as heavy as stock wheels. I'll have to weigh them to be sure.
