Hi Julie, I saw a video where you cut a rolling pin in the middle at an angle 45 degree cut then attach to a small board with wood glue and two nails in each half of rolling pin to secure to the board it is to hang your aprons on also I saw one at a boutique with a $90 price tag. When I saw this I immediately thought of you because It is so farmhouse and cute. I would love to see you make it and purchase from you. I just love all your creativeness.😊

Omg I have one of those huge sugar molds and have been trying to figure out what to do with it! What a great idea! And you are right, they are very expensive. We paid around $125 for ours years ago.

At First Monday in Canton, Tx, those sugar molds sell for $2 per hole or a 5 hole one is $10. The candles are another $2 each. You got a serious bargain on that piece.
People who insist that the white enamel thing is a bedpan should try laying down on it. It can't be done. The end where your butt rests is too high and will not allow laying on it. It does have a strange medical look to it.

Hi, I can't remember if I have a video doing this, maybe the carrot video 🤔 but basically I use masking tape and I use whatever paint I have, you don't need much and don't put it on thick
I had the bed pan and used as a magazine rack for the bathroom ..why people like magazines in the bathroom 🤣🤷

I was just wondering after you put a saying on a piece of wood do you cover it with mod podge or does it need to be covered to protect the writing that you use with the paint markers?
it depends on the piece. i don't seal my signs but would spray the tray with a clear coat

Those are some wooden Easter baskets I been hand making a selling for spring. I was inspired by a long skinny vintage tool box but did a bunny version, the back has a cute pom pom tail.

@@andreaball1840 i found a template on pinterest and i just adjusted it to the size I wanted to create. They are much more time consuming that i thought they would be, kinda hate making them but got to fill those orders.

I buy them like that most of the time. But I have sanded the spine to age them if I really want that color spine

Julie's Designs and Signs How neat! I love it! Do you speak any French? My mom was from France and people would tell her she has a lovely accent. As a child, I didn’t even realize that she had an accent. She sounded normal to me. 😂
@@WONDERring actually the town I am from was all French speaking at one time. Ancestors were from Canada. When my father was in school they made them start speaking English, the French language was lost. The tried bringing it back when I was in school. All my classes from 1st - 8th were all if french except language and spelling. A lot of our teachers were from Belgium.

The basket is “Asian”. The metal basket with holes is a fryer basket. You put the food in it and submerge into the hot oil. The white metal enamel pan is def a bed pan. Lol
