How cool! Ivan has always been 'on the pedestal' for me. At the Mint 400, '79 or '80 we just finished prerunning and headed back to town. 'OMG! That's him! WALKING! I stop, hey you need a ride?, Sure he says, I said to my buddy Jim, jump in the back of the truck, Ivan says 'NO', I'm happy for the ride', in the back he went! There's more as I volunteered with Mickey in Seattle with the stadium events. Thank you!
I was one of the kids waiting for autographs. Toyota hill was Rod Millen, Lauren Jones and Ironman. Nissan was the Mears' Roger and Casey, Ford was Welsh and MacCachren , Chevy had the Johnsons (Ricky and Jimmie) and Dodge was Evans and I don't recall.
This man is a living legend
And a damn nice one too!
Great to hear some early history ........ Thank you
Another gem! Thank you Michael
Thanks for listening and watching❤
So good! Thank you Michael and Ivan!
These must be longer! We need Rogan length episodes with these guys. You can tell they’re just getting started when it cuts off.
Excellent!! I remember in my early days going to the off-road races in Ensenada. Seeing Ivan drive-by was a blast. What a legend!
Ivan “The Legend” Stewart!

Great production value on the intro especially. Keep the videos coming. I love the bumper sticker “Ask your doctor…”.
Nice job Michael! I enjoyed it.
