Hi Mick, thank you for your positive response! I just checked the roof rack, but there is no brand sticker on it. The roof rack was already installed when I bought the van.
Just about to do this repair on a Fiat Scudo. Thanks for the guide. Often the reason the roller wears out is from greasing the track. It may appear to make it slide easier, but the grease also attracts abrasive grime which ultimately causes the roller to seize up. Then it wears a flat spot, the rubber wears through and the steel wheel starts cutting a groove in the track. This is the mistake I made! I'd suggest that the best thing to do is to simply always clean and dry the track when washing the vehicle. If the track is clean but the rollers are stiffening up, I've seen it suggested that a small squirt of silicon spray directly on the roller bearing will help, but also to wipe off any excess silicon immediately. Try not to leave anything left on the track surface and outside of the roller to which grit and grime sticks.

Too be honest...I'm not quite sure. Mine is a little out at the bottom. I tried adjusting the bolds at the bottom, but was not yet successful. So I'm looking into it. Will let you know if I find the solution. Hope you will do the same ;-)
My door is low by about 10mm at the front when closed, it's hard to close, I replaced the top and bottom rollers but still has the gap on the top and no gap on the bottom
hi I have problem with leaking sliding door on 2014 Renault master ... I have changed rubber seal and have adjusted top hanger + door catch .. but still leaks from top back of door... would changing the roller guide lift the door for a better seal ??? thanks for any info

Is it possible to just replace the roller? Because it’s uncommon to have driver side (UK right hand drive) sliding door, so the ‘rip-off’ e-bay seller wants £25 for the hinge and £50 for postage. But you can buy top, middle and bottom hinge for the passenger side for £25 free postage.
Hi @clankyrochet, if you follow the link in the description, you will arrive at autodoc. They have the part for the right as well as the left sliding door. I believe even single rollers, but I didn't find it convenient to just replace the roller.

Grat video - does that help in the door being slightly misaligned? Mine (Renault Master Mk3) is about 5mm lower than it should be!

Definitely! Besides that, the grooves would have damaged the new wheel over a short time of period.
