Wow, this is user-friendly and extremely innovative! For the life of me, I don't understand what many companies find so great about SAP. Dynamics is way better.
This was mind blowing 🤯. I need to do a deeper dive and self-study to see if I can integrate Business Central into our current systems as we await our new ERP implementation. TY
Hi there; the easiest way would be to activate extended text on the purchase order. There are other options. I hope it helps! www.crestwood.com/2020/04/28/using-item-extended-text-in-dynamics-365-business-central/
Hi. Like to ask... See from my experience, before a purchase order is placed, a purchase request is raised and duly approved. Is that possible in Dynamics 365 Business Central? Thank you.
Yes, but it requires configurations. There are out-of-the-box features for approval that can be set up for your environment. If not, for more complex needs, we've developed an app that should be on the app source soon. learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/across-set-up-workflows#example-of-an-approval-workflow
Our demo environment can have longer loading times as we use a temporary environment based on a US server far from us. If it's your environment, there can be multiple causes, like customizations, regions, database, and network issues. If you need help, I'm sure that we can check that for you. Here is some documentation about this. learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/performance/performance-work-perf-problem
I have migrated so many QuickBooks customers to BC. QB is more simpler and basic. if you need advanced functionalities like warehousing etc, BC is the way to go

We know. And with Copilot, Microsoft is distancing itself from all the other traditional ERP vendors.

@trmarketing. yes you need to setup workflow that comes out of the box.
Hi 👋🏻
I have noticed that the loading times are incredibly long. Is this always the case and can the speed be improved?

@clgr6593 it depend on how big the table data is that you are requesting. now the speed has improved so much, I hope you are not experiencing it now.
Would this replace Quickbooks?
It can, it really depends on your needs.
