presley jane is FINALLY here!!! i shot this video when she was a week old (sorry it's taken me a few more days to edit- still adjusting and recovering! trying to take it very SLOW and soak up as much time with the kiddos as possible...) but here's how she is doing after 1 week with us! thank you for all the love and support xoxo
