Guy is a OG
SISU! THE LEGEND!
What is the workout tho???
The ultimate goal is to complete the 40min emom of:
Min1 20cal echo bike
Min2 20 cal row
Min3 20cal ski erg
Min4 rest.
Repeat for 40min, which equals 10 rounds of the above. Its preeeeeeetty tough like that. Some games athletes, and erg beasts can do it with 22-25 cals/min
@@rycohen22 is that the way the rounds are suppose to be set up? Or does it matter on the order. I just did the workout (albeit not RX cals) and did the bike, ski, row then rest. And that is so hard. I feel like bike, row, ski rest would be better... As ski seems to be the hardest piece
@@amandaallen726 I recently bought a Rogue E-Book, written by Mikko, that states that the original/"official" wod erg order is 1. Bike (echo) 2.Row 3.Ski... But you can indeed find it on other websites like 1.row, 2.ski 3.bike... I'd go with the "official" erg order, Mikko must have written it like that for a reason...
@@amandaallen726 for me, the bike is the hardest part, so I start dying and keep dying on the other ergs, untill the round ends 😂 joke aside, for me the bike is really hard, the row is a hard "active recovery" and then the ski is just "go" again... but I guess the feeling throughout the round really depends on your strengths, i.e the erg you're most comfortable with... but IMO you shouldn't twist the wod to suit your strengths... instead, do a progression and get better at the RX erg order...
@@rycohen22 I am thinking of buying the book... Bike, row and ski is probably best case scenario... Thank you for answering my question! I think I messed up by going bike, ski, row. Row is the easiest out of all of the.. So putting it after the bike makes more sense. Thanks again!
