- This is the full tour video to the Series 5 conversion. This Micro camper which is based on the fiat doblo is now complete. We take a look at the external and internal of the vehicle and we have some surprise history on the base vehicle too.

Superlative work, as always. Would that the high-roof Doblo was sold here in the U.S. in its RamProMaster City guise. Do consider making the key parts of the conversation (furniture, etc.) available in kit for for DIY-ers outside the UK.

Great! Job as always. Wondering about those glaze side windows. Are they special made for your company or are they available for purchase. Would like to put some on the American version of the Doblo that is the Ram Promaster City.
What sealant do you use on the corners of the gas cabinet? Looks like bead of sealant along edges?

Excellent work Dan. Workmanship is impeccable as are your designs. I've almost finished converting my own van and used your guide (video) for wiring up a sub pump, micro switch etc and works a treat!! Only this morning was thinking how I could store my table top and like this particular van, I too can stand mine at the end of the unit, but was thinking how it could be stored securely and here you are showing me the answer i needed. Have you used some sort of small rail fixed to the floor, just can't quite make out what it is you have used? Many thanks..

Yes just a piece of furniture board acting as a little upstand to keep the table against the end of the kitchen.

best doblo caravan. with a shower and portable wc it would be perfect. you willl have sower wihle stting. and portable wc stays on shover cabinet. when you have shower u put out wc from cabinet..is this possible?

I would love to do a full video on this type of thing but i dont think my employers would appreciate me showing how to build a camper exactly how we do it. Yes i do use drawer runners for it to extend.

Was it impossible to have the front seats swivel as I'd imagine if that were possible it would open up a whole new range of design option.
Unfortunately you cant swivel the cab seats on this model as the cab is sat lower than the rear so no room to swivel.

Im sorry i dont but the highest point will be the roof vent which will be about 3 inches higher than the van. I think DJ van sales (the contact details are pinned in the comments section) has one of these instock so they might be able to tell you.

If the customer was to ask for one fitted then yes we would fit one.

Hi yes it is silicone sealant to fully seal the compartment.
