Thanks for this, after watching, I removed three nuts in half an hour,most of the time spent getting nuts out of the socket. I used a centre punch to split the outer ring then hammered on a 13/16” socket . It worked a treat,😊
These locking wheel nuts have a lot to answer for. My actual locking key nut cracked a few years ago which put me right in the shit. Discarded them all after that. Who nicks alloys these days anyway. Great job btw m8 people like you are invaluable!
Astra j got one of the worse anti theft nuts ever. With those 3 teeth patterns dont grip well at all i am looking get rid of them but one is like so stuck think due to the crazy heat
I thought each time you brought your hand back into view with number 2 and 3 etc wheel nuts I expected to see a increase in the hammer cuts to your hand from the first one lol

Was it really that easy to remove the spinning ring? I have 3 of these to remove on my car.
It was. Few whacks with a pointy chisel and a 23mm multi point socket knocked on. Came off easy.
Does anyone know what size I need for my Peugeot 208 2012?
I have the same kit and works much better if you don’t take the ring off from the wheel nut
What size socket did you use if you didn’t smash the outer ring off?
