Homemade Rose Milk Cake (Tres leches)

Ingredients for cake batter
Unsalted butter: 100g
Sugar: 150g
Eggs: 5
Baking powder: 1.5tsp
Flour: 250g
Salt: 1tsp
Milk: 1/4 cup
Red food coloring: 1/2tsp
Rose Essence- 2tsp
Ingredients for Rose Milk-
Condensed Milk: 300ml
Evaporated Milk: 300ml
Milk: 250ml
Rose Essence: 1tsp
Red food coloring: 1/2 tsp
Ingredients for Topping-
Whipping cream:1.5 cups
Powdered sugar: 2tbsp
Pistachios (Chopped): Garnish
Bake cake at 350f for 20 to 30 minutes, and don't forget to poke holes in the cake so that it soaks the milk well. The cake tastes better the longer it gets to absorb the milk mixture.
