I find myself asking the following questions a lot when viewing divorce court. Where is the question? What is there to talk about? Oftentimes, love and attraction are just NOT ENOUGH. End of story! That's life. Sounds harsh because it is. People can change and they often do change. The question becomes, do you want to wait around for them to change while wallowing in poverty and misery while being a doormat?

at around 5 minute mark - it's not controlling to try to have your partner who has a history of back pain to get her to sit in a chair. It may not seem like a big deal to you that your partner has to be the one to go back up to the front of the store to get you the driving cart, but to your partner it is. Some partners show their annoyance, some dont, but i'm sure she was just trying to make sure she didn't need to walk all the way back up to the front KNOWING you will eventually say your back hurts.
around 8 minute mark - there are so many programs that help people get their high school diploma and/or GED, that is some major BS, you dont have your diploma because you dont WANT your diploma. You dont want to put in the effort to get it, and you dont want to get it because it means you'd be expected to make more money since you now dont have an excuse. That is a sign of someone using someone else when it comes to a divorce court hearing if you ask me. ESPECIALLY if you are trying to say you are "trying to save your marriage". To the plaintiff who said she knew that she didn't have a HSD or GED - wtf is wrong with you??? I totally understand helping and working together to get each other up the ladder, but you went into this knowing she didn't have that and you CONTINUE to support them while they aren't bringing anything of significance into the home??? AND you told them about getting their stuff and they STILL haven't gotten it after 6 YEARS?!?!?!?!?!?! That is unacceptable and honestly, makes me feel like you deserved this considering you openly let it happen 💀
around 13 minute mark when they are talking about the trying to get pregnant - her telling the dude her ovulation periods and what not is 100% acceptable when trying to plan a baby. As long as you knew ahead of time that this was something that was happening and was being planned, you "not liking" the normal planning of making a baby talk shouldn't matter. Now if the texts were completely inappropriate like "yeah i can't wait to have you" or something similar and more vulgar then that would be a reason to question things, but your just insecure and honestly it kinda makes me feel like you wanted to do stuff with someone else anyways.
15 minute mark - nah, you just wanted an excuse to do stuff with someone else. 100%. There is no other excuse in the world that you could make up that would make me believe you. You go through your partners phone (insecurities) find out she's talking to a dude making plans to make a baby that YOU HAVE TALKED ABOUT TOGETHER and got upset that she was giving the dude HER OVULATION DATES WHICH WHEN HAVING SEX GIVES A HIGHER CHANCE OF PREGNANCY, and have the audacity to get pissed off at her, grab your shit and leave and move in with another person that you CLEARLY had some kind of relationship with and were fooling around with because there is NO ONE that would contact another person the way that that other girl contacted your wife. This is a 100% deal breaker. Do NOT take her back. Sign the papers.

17 minutes- Yes. YES. YEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSS!!!! FINALLY SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS HOW TO DEAL WITH THE SHIT PARTNER. DUMP HER ASS, SIGN THOSE PAPERS. PLEASEEEEE GTFO. No one deserves to feel the way that partner of yours made you feel before, GET OUT.
Final words- this was an amazing episode. One of them had their shit together and was ready for the next step in their life while the other was immature and not ready for any of the seriousness of the relationship. Under no circumstances are you allowed to just abandon your partner when you are married let alone not contacting them or seeing them for such a long period of time. And the judge was 100% correct with what happened, the other woman was sick of being the side piece and didn't want to be the side piece anymore so she kicked her to the curb, she came crawling back to her wife to try to get her back so that way she could continue to mooch off of her all the while she barely provided and doesn't help advance their life together. I 100% hope she goes through with the divorce proceedings.
