    I love knives and swords. This is the most beautiful combination I have ever seen. Brought tears to my eyes. Rambo would have loved this beauty. I would love to own this but I know I can't afford this wonderful work of craftsmanship. At least I can say I seen it being made. Thank you dude for this heavenly video!

      I was thinking the same to before ! I was like i want one sword but i can't afford a good one so i made myself one after that i made knifes a machete and another sword . Now I'm starting to make a japanese katana , you don't need all those tools to get started or a forge .

    Really stoked to see Eddard Stark two-hander sword "ice" in a future, now that would be a project. The best Witcher swords ever seen made yet, they will last forever, Netflix should hire you for the series to make weapons.

    Beautiful. I watch a lot of blade making videos and Frierk is the best. There are people who craft more intricate and complicated blades but when he works I see a production based method that is based on practicality that gets the job done the fastest easiest way possible that still produces a quality result. You can tell this is a man with a working shop with back log and needs to get these pieces completed and shipped. Love watching him work he's a true master.

    • @derangedmetalworks9489

      This guy costed himself money in grinding belts and grinding wheels by not forging the blade thinner. There is no way that he does work like this for production. You can believe what you would like to, but I couldn't afford to do work this way in my own shop.

      The only thing that I don't like is the fact that he call's it "forging" when in reality it was mostly machining that he used to make this blade. There was very, very, little forging in the making of his blade.

    • @LethalByChoice
      @LethalByChoice 7 місяців тому

      @@derangedmetalworks9489 I mean do you even pay attention to his business? He does commissions. What you're saying would make sense if his job was at a factory mass producing blades, but he's not. He only cares about the quality of the blades.

    Это что, у одного кустаря такой мини - завод. И ковка, и слесарка, и станочный парк, и муфельные печи, и гриндеров штук пять. В цехе чисто. Значит, хорошая аспирация. У мастера шикарная индивидуальная защита. Он на одной выплавке драгметаллов из радиодеталей и электрореле может стать новым Крезом. Что за страна? По хорошему завидую !

    It is a nice sword. I love the design.. but when I learned forging, iwas told that the less you have to grind the better it is.
    Forging makes better blades than cut out ones which are grinded to shape and then polished.
